As any dentist in my home town said they could not help me , Melbourne periocare were able to help & did an amazing job. Highly reccomend getting a second opinion here if you feel like you have no hope !

Mo Karim Dr Stephen is an experienced specialist with a respectable manner. I was nervous about my dental implant when I entered the room, but Dr Chen and Jamaica were very helpful to pass my feeling. Dr Chen took me through the treatment plan and explained it thoroughly in a simple way. If you have to deal with implant dentistry, Dr Chen is the right one for you and is worth waiting on the long waiting list.

Peter Stephen came highly recommended by our family dentist, and a referral was made for me to see him. Sadly a request by our dentist for Stephens receptionists to call me to make an appointment went unanswered. Three weeks later my dentist personally called Stephens receptionists. They called this time and I missed the call. I called back to be rather curtly told "Yes we can fit you in January 2019". I laughed and said you cant be serious. She said "well he is busy and is travelling a lot this year"". I said my rotten tooth cant wait that long and will have to go elsewhere if thats the lead time. She said, "Ok". I understand that a successfully specialist can be busy. But it is the job of the receptionists to either tell referring dentists that the wait time is elongated or help the customer (he who pays their wages) with alternative suggestions ie other dentists at Stephens practice or other practices.

Bhavna I went to see Dr L Phan on Saturday morning, I was in serious tooth pain. He was rushing a lot and it was infection in my tooth. he suggested to do cleaning first, even though I was having serious pain in my tooth. As I was in pain I said OK for cleaning then he finished tooth cleaning in within 3 to 4 minutes. I was not at all happy how he treated me in seviour pain and suggested me to come again after 2 weeks for tooth extraction.

However, his professional calming approach as well as constantly keeping me informed and checking in on me has been detrimental in ensuring I dont experience any anxiety during my visit. I have to travel over an hour to see Dr Callis and I do so because of my utmost confidence in his skill.

Frankie Palmer Dr Calis is absolutely brilliant! I’ve had more dental experience than most. Best ever needles and I thought my previous experiences couldn’t be beaten. Extremely gentle ie doesn’t pull or hurt on the side of your mouth. Teeth extractions are great. Breaks each tooth into 4 pieces then they literally fall out! So gentle and thoughtful. His communication is great. Walks you through each step. I’m so very glad to be lucky enough to have had Shane and his awesome team do two implants! If you need implants, Dr Calis is amazing.
