Alicia Turner Getting a tattoo on your face is a pretty scary thing, after doing so much research to trust someone to tattoo my eyebrows that were falling out I finally found Laelia Brows! Im so happy that I did Leea did a phenomenal job with my brows making them look so natural which is exactly what I was after. First time client , I had an appointment with Moula, the whole experience was so incredibly relaxing. Moula is a very experienced therapist . Honestly one of the best beauty treatments I have had. Teesha Reid Crybaby lash bar is next level! As someone who has had bad lash experiences in the past I was super nervous at trying yet another technician. But all my anxiety disappeared the second I walked through the doors, right from booking I was asked what I would like to listen to to pass the time or if I wanted to snuggle one of her gorgeous pets, alonf with blankets and beverages. Her lash application was gentle and calming ( normally my eyes end up super red and irritated after getting my lashes done but this was not the case ) my lashes are exactly how I described how i wanted them and I was given really detailed care instructions for them. Its been a few weeks now and they still look the same as the day I had them done ! 100% incredible service, product and result

L Roff Had the best experience at Cry Baby lashes! I was originally hesitant because I’d had bad home salon experiences in the past but this was literally the best. Dee made me feel really safe and comfortable and knew exactly what they were doing. My lashes are bomb af!! I’ll definitely be referring my friends and family. Shae Fouracre The best experience!! Made a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon. Rebel and Vicki were so amazing to squeeze me for an infrared sauna and facial. The ladies were so kind and friendly. Rebel gave me an in-depth on the skin and products/treatments they offer. Beautiful warm studio with staff who really know their business and love what they do. Will definitely be back!

Jane was an absolute delight. Very welcoming and knowledgeable (impressive that this is her 10th yr running this business!) She cleansed my face and dida consultations, and I enjoyed a beautiful hydrating facial too. Im super keen to try the sauna and have booked in some body treatments - really needed a one stop shop like this in my life - HIGHLY recommend x

Bilby Carrum I was disappointed with my visit. I have been to other places and had an infrared sauna and sweated alot when its said its 60 degrees, however, this sauna said 60 degrees and I did not even break a sweat in the 45 mins I sat in there..... Also for the entire time I was in the sauna I could hear the people in the room opposite chatting constantly about their lives. It was not a relaxing experience for me. I came here after reading the reviews and was hoping for a better experience.

Juanita I love coming here. Ive been coming here for quite awhile now and whilst the ownership has changed the quality and friendliness has not. All the staff are just lovely and so good at nails and toes. I come in and show them a pic of some extravagant nail design and they oblige and always do a fantastic job. Thew salon is pretty and pink and super clean. Great prices also. I go every 2-3 weeks and cant wait to back. Definitely recommend.

Despite the change in management, the service and skill level of the staff remain excellent. The technicians are highly skilled, and they really take the time to ensure that you’re satisfied with the results. Wendy N I just got my eyelashes done at the salon and I really liked it! The staff is extremely friendly and works very gently. The eyelashes are beautiful, natural and especially last a long time without falling out much. The space is clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back next time!

Jemima Rowland Asked for natural looking almond shaped nails. Perfect! shape isn’t thick it’s slim and elegant. Colour is even and glossy just the way I like it! Workers are extremely friendly! They are perfectionists here, won’t let you leave if you don’t like your nails or if it isn’t up to their standard.

Belinda Campbell I visited the Salon after recently moving back to Bayside. John and his team were absolutely delightful. It was a relaxing, fun environment where all the clients were treated like friends. John is obviously extremely experienced and he did a wonderful job on styling my hair. He listened to what I did and didnt want and, unlike some other hair cuts I have had in the past, I am extremely happy with the result and the price. Will definitely be a regular client from now on.

Alannah Lia Hayley is rude and even though you have an appointment time you can be waiting over an hour to be seen. When politely asking if there was a timeframe to come back when she was ready, she said I must be having a bad day and to stay calm before coming back in. Sarcastic and dismissive demeanor. Do not recommend seeing her.

The prices are super affordable, which is such a rare find these days, and they always do an amazing job with my hair. On top of that, John and the team are always up for a friendly chat—it feels like catching up with old friends every visit. If you’re looking for great service without breaking the bank, this is the place to go! My wife has also used the day spa facilities upstairs. Rakel House of Beauty. Joanne Lucas I have been going to Lash Brow Beauty Bar for the past couple of years for my lash extensions & have also had my eyebrows micro bladed! Shan is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is really talented and knowledgeable and takes her time on making recommendations. Her attention to detail is immaculate and every time I leave the salon I always get compliments on how amazing my lashes look. All I now need is a lip balm and my lips look great all day and night. I paid $103 for SNS tips + 4 designs + a French manicure. The nails have held up amazingly 2 weeks later, I reckon they could last a whole month. 10/10 recommend!

Kelsi Wooding This salon is a great find if you’re looking for a bayside salon that does BIAB/builder gel. It’s a busy salon (they take walk ins) but Kayla and her team go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your experience and are happy with your nail service. They do a beautiful job of builder gel and it’s obvious Kayla really cares about her customers and wants to make sure they have a great experience, which can be rare in busy salons.
