Salokin Soistok On Friday evening I ended up cracking one of my molars in half and was in severe pain. I called Dr Suuguna Saturday morning and she was able to fit me in as an emergency patient and she was able to extract my tooth (and another one that I had a problem with) painlessly. A day later, all the pain and swelling has gone as if nothing had happened. Highly recommended!

M I’m usually not one to make complaints but I have to say this! I have had perfect straight teeth my whole life since being at this clinic I now have a chipped front tooth, continuous pain in my gums and over $1000 dollars spent… each time I’ve gone here it seems there assistance have absolutely no idea what’s going on. They always seem lost which put concern in myself… I’m sorry but I will never come back here again. I can’t afford you guys chipping more of my teeth.

Shehata Moudy Really happy I found Dr. Ruby at Diamond Dental Bundoora. Shes now my go to dentist. The clinic is super clean, modern, and has great equipment, which made me feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Ruby is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything while youre in the chair, which I really appreciated. My case was a bit more complicated and took longer than usual, but they were really understanding and made sure I was looked after the whole time. The dental assistants are also great , Ankita and Upesana are both so friendly and polite. They made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. I even got a follow-up call the next day to see how I was going. I’ve had a few procedures done here, including regular cleans, and everything has been top quality. The pricing is also comparatively reasonable, which was a nice bonus on top of the great care I received. My parents have also been treated by Dr. Ruby and they love her, they mention how nice and kind she is. Can definitely recommend this place if you’re after a good, caring dentist.

Fi Easy from the beginning! From booking our appointment, to parking and to our first consultation at a very nice location, everything was so easy!! All the staff are welcoming and friendly and my young child was very at ease with the Orthodontist and the nurses. The Orthodontist was very thorough and clear with his planned future treatment, and everything was explained in detail by himself and our amazing Treatment Coordinator. The Reception staff are lovely and they have organised when l need to be contacted again. It was such a low stress and well organised visit. We are very happy we have chosen Smile Council Orthodontics.

Jam Cruz First let me say that the dentists and the dental assistance have been great. The infection control is top notch and knowledge and care is great and better than most dentists in my experience. My qualms related to the operation and the management of the clinic. On three occasions they screwed up payment with hicapps machine and today I had an appointment for a filling at 9.30 am which they cancelled and didnt bother to tell me after I had confirmed many times that the appointment was today. The reception at this clinic either requires more training or grossly incompetent or is pressured by some directive by management that make no sense which is not good any way its spun. Id probably be less annoyed if they were open on the weekends but those hour were taken away even on an ad hoc basis making it challenging with anyone with a 9-5 job to organise time outside of work. When we book within clinic time the clinic screws up the timing. I am a good patient: I show up on time and I follow direction with dental care but I have put up with enough. Therefore, I wont be coming back. Although the dentists are great its a gamble every single time whether the admin part will go well. If you value your time you shouldnt either.
