After doing some research, I came across AV Beauty Studio and read amazing reviews about the place. I knew Andrea had a magical touch when it came to facial treatments, so without hesitation, I booked a session for her. On the day of the appointment, Rossi had no idea what was coming. When we arrived, she was warmly welcomed into a space that felt peaceful and inviting. Right from the start, Andrea made her feel completely at ease. As the treatment went on, I could see how much she was enjoying it, and by the end, her skin was absolutely glowing. Walking out, Rossi couldn’t stop smiling and raving about how incredible the experience was. It was definitely the perfect gift. Thank you, AV Beauty Studio, for taking such great care of her!

Erica Santiago Popped in to have my fringe corrected from another salon before my trip back to the U.S. and these lovely ladies helped immediately! I have wavy/curly hair and always look for a curly girl friendly salon. I was told why it wasn’t cut correctly and what needed to be done to fix it. She asked how I usually style my hair before cutting and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing. When she was done (5 min later) she showed me how to style my fringe and sent me on my way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a curly cut and a welcoming atmosphere!

Nicole Perry Had a fun appointment at Body Glow Co today. Walked in and the atmosphere was so welcoming and the ladies in the shop were so friendly and we had a great chat. Asked questions about my hair and scalp psoriasis and they were so knowledgeable. And most importantly, I left with an amazing haircut!! Highly recommend, great vibes!!

Kieryn Brown I have been getting my hair blow waved weekly for months now with Zoe at body glow, and once a month my lashes and brows by Nicole, the girls are lovely and do such a great job. The services they offer are priced well and affordable, the salon is inviting and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Just recently I got a full head of foils and have got sooo many compliments from friends and family. I really look forward to my appointments - I highly recommend these ladies

Nancy Dang I saw Vivian at Blaec Ink after being insecure about my lip size and paleness for as long as I can remember - and let me say, she absolutely obliterated my insecurity with her work. I came into the consultation not knowing the exact colour I wanted, but her professionalism and experience led us to the perfect shade. She was well versed with her knowledge, walking me through every step of the way to ensure I knew what was happening whilst my eyes were closed. I was afraid the colour would be too bright and pink, so I voiced my concerns - Vivian took this seriously and the result was absolutely flawless and the exact colour I had envisioned in my head (as I didn’t know how to describe what I wanted). You can really see that she loves what she does. The rapport she built with me to ensure I was comfortable throughout the whole session was unmatched. I highly recommend seeing Vivian for any cosmetic tattooing, sincerely a master of her work.

SK I recently had a microdermabrasion session with Lisa, and it was a great experience. I can already feel a noticeable improvement in my skin. I highly recommend it. I also had about 8 to 10 laser sessions here. Each time I had a good experience expect for one. This place is close to the entrance and plenty of parking is available. I always buy sessions when they are on sale otherwise its pretty expensive.

The staff are really friendly and communicative about what to expect in regards to results (though mine have been great) and after care post laser session. I see Caroline for my sessions and shes been really helpful in regards to advice for laser and how best to plan my sessions for the best results possible.

The results are insane and the 10 sessions lasted me over a year as I was able to keep pushing back my appointments due to limited hair growth. It was great having Caroline every session as it meant consistency and she knew my skin and hair growth really well to recommend what was best!

Jasmin Fisher I went to Mahal Envy, initially as I couldnt get into my usual lady. However upon my appointment Lyn showed me that my lashes hadnt been getting treated correctly. She displayed such empathy and tried to fix what she could in the time frame we had. Lyn went out of her way and above and beyond to explain how lashes should be applied and what she had completed in my appointment. End result; One very happy customer who will be returning to get my lashes done each time! Highly rate if you want gorgeous lashes that last and can be educated along the way!

I then had Ivy do my nails and she took her time and was very particular with her service. They are very personable and make sure you’re very happy with her nails before you leave! A M I have been a customer for 2+ years. Prior to this I was a loyal customer elsewhere however changed salons due to being rudely spoken about in another language (which I understood). Friends in the area recommended OMG salon and I haven’t had a single negative experience. Tina and the team always were polite, welcoming and did an amazing job. Now there has been a recent change of ownership. Some previous staff have remained, some are new but I found the new management and staff to be just as professional, accomodating, welcoming and thorough. Amazing new lash technician also! Yesterday I had waxing, lashes, pedicure (with paraffin) and gel nails done in French.

Munise H. Bozkurt I have had laser hair removal at other clinics for over 10 years and can say the best results have been through the lovely staff at New Look! I also love the way they do laser hair removal as the pain is non-existant. I have also had multiple bio facials and no other procedure has EVER come close. My skin is glowing, radiant and blemish free, it even helped get rid of some deep acne scars I had from years ago.

shumoos Al-riyami Bio microneedling ruined my face! I was told after 7 days my skin will be healed and trust the process and I need to follow the aftercare routine, which I did. In the third/ fourth day I got painful burning sensation and redness around some areas on my face. I have contacted the clinic regarding these symptoms and they mentioned this is normal and part of the process ( I really appreciate the lady who called me in public holiday to check on me). However, after more than the 7 days I still I have marks (burns-like marks) on my face and it’s a nightmare! Now, I have to pay more to fix the damage that has been done to my skin by this treatment ( I didn’t have any issues with my skin before) . Make sure you get the proper consultation which I thought I would get in the clinic before going through this treatment … it might not do good for everyone!

Rem B Was sceptical on pain free laser as I have had it in the past years ago elsewhere. I must admit I was surprised how it actually was pain free and what amazing results Ive had after first treatment. The staff are lovely and attentive. Ive had different treatments and I have been happy with all the results. Highly recommend these guys.

Rachel Michaelson By far the worst service I had my nails done last Wednesday and by Saturday 2 had broken as the didn’t repair a crack they put acrylic over it , the other nail completely lifted off , mind you iv go every 3 weeks , I tryed them as im looking for a new nail salon , I rang them on Monday to let them know so I came in for a repair she advices there not under warranty, and still fixed them , the look completely different length to the rest of my nails so now I’m out $10 dollars they charged for the repair and will have to go find somewhere els to get the set redone , very disappointed

Anastasia papazoglou I got a new set of nails 2 weeks ago and in the first week of having them 3 nails broke off! I was told by a worker that it was my fault and the oil on my nails made it break off and there is nothing i can do! Was charged for a refill when i returned and 5 dollars every nail that broke so paid more than what initially paid for a full set of nails

Marcela Galindo the worst nails of my life. They looked like they were made by an eight year old girl. Maam, if you dont like your job, get another one. I asked the lady for false nails with shellac, (I have always done them like this in other places and I know perfectly how they look on me). but no, the lady wanted to make them her way with SNS with the excuse that they would look more natural, leaving them excessively thick and ugly, with lumps, not only that, I asked her for a small decoration with flowers and she doesnt know how to make flowers. If he didnt know, why didnt he tell me, why did he start to invent and leave me with horrible nails. All the time, I repeat, all the time I told him that I didnt like them, that they were so please, that they were ugly, and even so he forced me to pay him for his lousy work and service. Dont go, they never listen to the customers. The least I expect is my money back.

Beth Lehan The worst bulky nails that are all different shapes. She has cut my finger so badly from digging her nails into my skin and had to get a tissue to try stop the bleeding now I’m left with a scab. Wouldn’t go back. Overpriced. Edit: I have just looked through over reviews and they have made a lot of people bleed. This is not a one off.

Hannah Lee I got acrylic nails with an intricate design and May went above and beyond. it’s been 2 and a half weeks and they still look perfect. 5/5 stars!

Julia Germon Behold, the worst manicure ever. My skin was cut no less than 5 times. It hurt a lot and she struggled to stop the bleeding, even with acetone. Without apology, she proceeded to do a terrible job at painting my nails. 4 hours later I put shoes on and sure enough it smudged. I think I get trapped by thinking this will be convenient and time efficient. Now I’ve got to deal with sore fingers that might get infected and re-do the entire job myself. I would be so ashamed to charge clients for such poor service.

Bec Christie I had been going to this salon on / off for years. Recently I had two very bad experience with SNS. My nails cracked after only a day or so, they cracked & chipped. I had them taken off. Tried again & the same thing happened. Do not recommend

Jessica OBrien The nails looked horrible once they were done. The guy doing them rushed the job as I was finished wildly earlier than my friend who was a refill vs my new set. The shape was bad. The polish was uneven and see through on some nails and the nails didn’t feel strong. Close to two weeks of having them and half have come off with ease as if I was wearing self glue on nails. Wouldn’t recommend. Was not worth the price.

Daniela Lopez I went to this horrible place to get my nail polish removed and have a manicure done on my hands. 1. They cut parts of my fingers and made me bleed. 2. They ruined my nails, didn’t even use any liquid to soften the cuticles, and filed my nails so harshly that it hurt. 3. They didn’t even leave my nails evenly shaped. 4. They didn’t clean the dirt under my nails. 5. My nails were in great condition, but they left them weak with skin peeling around the edges. They charged me $30, I complained, and all they did was file them again. Terrible service and work.

Veronika Elver Avoid this nail salon!!! The place is dirty, the customer service is non-existent, and the experience was awful from start to finish. It took almost two hours for a shellac mani and pedi, and the staff were rude, messy, and not detail-oriented. The cuticle removal was extremely painful, and my toe started bleeding when they removed skin. When I called it out, it was completely ignored. The salons cleanliness and hygiene standards are questionable, and it’s clear the owner doesn’t seem to care about the place, the staff, or the customers. All up, it cost $90 for a terrible experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

My nails are perfect everytime. The salon is so clean and all the ladies are so friendly and always accommodating. The price is incredible for the service you recieve. I would highly recommend to everyone. The parking is also very convenient. The best salon in the Western suburbs!!!!!!
