simrandeep kaur Her nature is nice but im disappointed with the services I didn’t find the exact gel nail color i wanted to get done as the salon has “very limited” options. Also, she kept correcting me with different comments which i thought was so unnecessary. I got a haircut too but I am not at all happy with it as she did not style (straighten) it saying it costs extra money as i felt no visible change so I had to come out with a unsatisfied feeling. I would not recommend the salon not at all worth it.

She also cleaned my eyes and everything with just a baby wipe. i would rate -negative stars if i could because the experience and result was horrible. i had to go to work with my eyes bruised and swollen because she did not do them right.

Celeste Thought I had found a gem. The first time I got my lashes done they were the most perfect set I had ever had. They looked natural and were just beautiful. The pricing was also amazing. But it didn’t last. I never got the same set again. I have been doing lash extensions for years. Not continuously obviously but have lots of experience with them. When properly done you shouldn’t loose your own lashes with the extensions which is what was happening. I clean my lashes. Don’t rub my eyes and take the proper maintenance care. At my last appointment Shashika told me to have a break and start using lash serum. I asked her if she was recommending this because I was loosing lashes due to the extensions. She said no. Ive only seen her a handful of times (perhaps 4); with the appropriate amount of time in between. After 3 days the lashes looked terrible and wouldn’t lay flat. They were falling out and I could see my lashes coming out with the fall out. At this appointment I brought some fall out with me to show what was happening and said that I felt she recommended lash serum because she was aware that her lash extensions were causing damage. She said it happens and said it was due to my lashes??? Its never happened before why now. I’ve done plenty of research and this shouldn’t happen. In the end she recommended I try other salons which I felt she just wanted to get rid of me as a customer. I gave one star for the first great experience. Another star because I’ve had troubles of late and she has been kind enough to move my appointments around and fit me in and accomodate my circumstances. But she lost 3 stars for the damage to my lashes and then just trying to what I feel as palm me off. Sorry. You seem great at makeup and several other areas looking at the other reviews. But for lash extensions I left disappointed. I wish you all the best in your business.

Irene Thomas I wouldn’t recommend this place. I went there for a few times for eyebrow threading. Every time, she made it really thin even when I asked her not to. I spend 6 months regrowing my eyebrows due to the damage caused. However, one positive is the lady is really nice and sweet. She fitted me in her schedule even when she was busy. However, one time, I had to get my eyebrows done in the house corridor, while another client was inside the salon room. This was not appreciated and unprofessional as she double booked on her end.

We have returned to her for a variety of services ever since and she is always professional, courteous and really good at her craft. Would recommend her for any beauty and aesthetician services!

Sasha T Very honest and wonderful salon. I went in asking to have a keratin smoothening treatment in hopes of straightening my fringe and Neeta who had a look at my hair said that my hair was very healthy and didn’t need this treatment which was targeted for damaged hair. I was blown away, because in a world where people are trying to rip one another off, her honesty and genuine intentions such people are hard to find. I opted to have my fringe straightened instead and must say her colleague and her did an awesome job. Can’t wait to go back and my hair done again.

Gomathi R Very very unprofessional I went to sense of touch for a facial and bleach and it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had . Firstly, Now I am suffering with a very bad NECK pain because she made me to sit on a chair to do my both facial and bleach.Generally all the facials, bleach etc.. which gonna be done on the sleeping position but here she’s using the bed to keep her stuff YUCK. Secondly, No privacy any one can walk-in, No calmness, using phone , speaking loudly and DISGUSTING thing is she puts bleach on my face when the customer came in she asked me to sit on a sofa and once she’s done with that customer she removed my bleach and again in between my facial another customer pops in and she told me to sit on a sofa.There was an evident lack of care , I do not recommend this place to anyone. Awful customer service

danielle males Really disappointed, I was trying to support local business. Went in today for a cut of approx 12cm from my tailbone length healthy hair and layers to remove some weight as shown in photo 1. Walked out with butchered hair just below my shoulder, all uneven chunks shown in other 3 photos and as you can see I can not even wear it in a ponytail as it also looks ridiculous, I would not recommend having your hair cut here AT ALL! My review has been updated to 2, purely based on Dare to Hair did respond to my review, and I was contacted by one of their senior hair stylists, to attempt to fix my hair. This lady did extremely well based on what she had to work with, and I wish she had been working the day I attended because I would have still had most of my hair. The original hair stylist had hacked my hair too much, and my new outcome is now even, but it does not replace the 30+cm that is lost due to other their inexperienced/unqualified staff. My only other comment would be the owner and also the staff member who butchered my hair were present in the salon when it was being “repaired”, and chose to not speak or apologise to me I think it is bad business to not to take responsibility. Updated photos added, 5 &6 not great but a definite improvement on the original.

Rupinder Kaur Dini does my eyebrows every time, and she’s absolutely amazing! I can’t imagine going to anyone else. She shapes them perfectly and really knows what she’s doing. I also got a clean-up done, and it gave me an instant glow—my skin felt fresh and looked so bright. Highly recommend her if you want someone who’s skilled, professional, and makes you feel great every visit!

Jacinta M I Went to this business Monday night after being referred to her from a friend. I was there for maybe an hour and a half whilst she was using her fingers to apply these into my eyes. After my appointment my eyes were severely sore and I couldn’t brush through my lashes as they were glued together. I contacted her as soon as I noticed these weren’t done correctly and was told that I was trying to scam her for a refund. I was forced to have these removed which has damaged my natural lashes and also left my eyes highly irritated I have requested a refund however have been denied the full amount due to her time spent applying the lashes and for her to believe I removed these myself

Patricia Galea I just had my nails done there just then and they look absolutely terrible and paid $60 on top of that. I will never go back. The polish is uneven,patchy and really unrefined. No wonder the salon is quiet, now I know why. I wish I had read the reviews before going there.

Nikki Khosla John did a very bad job with SNS n instead of accepting his fault , Kim was blaming that its my body which is overreacting but she was so stubborn. As if this is first time Im getting SNS in my life. My fingers were literally in pain after the SNS n there was so much discomfort. $50 to get SNS n then paid $45 to get rid of them. So much money n time wasted but you cant win over these girls. They always have an excuse to put the blame on you.

SANITATION: Whenever I would walk to a nails salon, I would get notice that all of their tools are packed and sealed meaning they are all sanitize and clean! But theirs are not, I get to notice when the woman was doing my pedicure that all of her tool was just pulled from a small container. She proceeded to my nails and again, all the tools that she used were kept in a drawer! It doesn’t make me feel confident that those tools were properly cleaned and even stored. SERVICE I felt like she was rushing to finish it. Not even checking if it was fine and clean enough. The paint were crooked and uneven! She didn’t asked any questions what do I want or anything, she just painted my nails ending to redoing it again because it wasn’t the style that I wanted. PAYMENT METHOD At the end when I was ready to pay, they asked me to pull out cash from the ATM when I was ready to pay via EFPOS. I mean, what do you think I would think from doing so? So doggy! OVERALL It was my first time walking in to them and I felt It was terrible but the lady who did my nails were kind and respectful atleast.

Primrose Mangwanya $120 wasted because they refused to fix their mistake. I usually get my nails done here but definitely will be going elsewhere because this is outrageous
