They have many nice designs to choose from , which helps a lot if you are not sure what design you want. I also enjoyed their cuticle oil, it smelled amazing.

Natasha Critsilis I cannot recommend Jean enough. She provided me with a thorough consultation and customised the lash design to suit my eye shape for the best results. She was also very transparent and thoroughly explained how to maintain my lashes to get the most out of them. Her clinic was very clean and she continued to follow hygiene protocols throughout the appointment. It was the first time I have ever gotten eye lashes and she ensured that I remained comfortable throughout the process, I did not feel a thing and no stinging or red eyes! The end result is amazing and I have received so many compliments. Dharlene is an absolute perfectionist in the best possible way. She took her time to map everything out with precision, explained every step clearly, and made sure I was happy before moving forward. Her attention to detail is truly next level, and it shows in the final results. My ombré brows healed beautifully and look so natural- I’ve gotten so many compliments! And the lip blushing gave my lips the most gorgeous fresh tint that makes me feel put together even without makeup. After moving areas, I have had a hard time trying to find a lash technician but am extremely satisfied with the service I received on Tuesday and recommend her highly. The lashes are lightweight, and very natural looking, the application was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! Beautiful salon and lovely tunes playing in the background. Easily accessible by tram from the CBD, or a short walk from Southern Cross Station. Ill definitely be returning for my refill in a few weeks!

P Sari It was my first time at Glam Artistry and Dharlene was lovely, we sat down and had a consultation in regards to my preferences and the whole process was well thought of and comfortable. The results were also great and I had received compliments on it the next day. However retention was poor and within a few hours I had already lost a few lashes, and subsequently the next few days upon brushing a lot more just fell off, which is very unusual for me as Ive always had lashes and they had never fallen so quickly. After expressing my concern to Dharlene she advised that 3-5 natural lashes falls off every day, however in my situation, only the extensions did and I sent her photos of them so I did ask her for advice on whether the adhesive was not suitable and if she was available to have a look at it and either have it refilled or removed. I was rather disappointed that I had lost 50% of my extensions within the first week and communicated that it wasnt sustainable for me if I had to refill every week, she responded that the adhesive was probably the issue because they didnt want to use one with stronger fumes and more sensitive eyes friendly, but also did not respond to my query of her availability. It is two weeks in now and at least 80% of my extensions had fallen off. Maybe my natural lashes just didnt suit the adhesive, but I feel it would have been nice if she had offered to rectify it, to have a look ans retouch it within the first week or remove it for me after I voiced out my concern.

Pauleen Sarah is an absolute gem. Had microblading for the first time and she was so patient, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I was a bit scared at first but Sarah really held my hand in every step and made sure I was comfortable. My brows look amazing and natural-looking just as I wanted thanks to Sarah. Such a lovely person. Now I dont have to spend time worrying about drawing (uneven) brows. Highly highly recommend!
