Not only is the salon super sweet and makes you feel at home, the staff are friendly and very professional. Not once have i recieved a parting gift like I did here... a mirror, biscuit and lash wand (IN A LID SO IT DOESNT PICK UP DUST!!) Thankyou so much, I look forward to my next visit!

sylvia nguyen I got my lashes done recently for a holiday and the results far exceeded my expectations! The classic full set was gorgeous but still natural looking. She was so efficient with the application and they feel comfy on the eyes. There was absolutely no stinging sensation afterwards from washing my face and the lashes have lasted a long time and are still in great condition. I’m extremely happy with them and will be returning for refills!

P Such an amazing place with a calm atmosphere, i was falling asleep!! My first time here and I loved so much. Sienna did my lashes and she was so gentle, and careful, giving me exactly what I wanted, not going too thin or thick. Compared to other places i’ve been Sienna actually gave me the cat eye look i wanted without telling me I can’t achieve it bc of my eye shape!! She was such a sweetheart and I will definitely be coming back for more

zhengyu Yang My girlfriend arranged for me to do inmode forma. In Chinese, it seems to be some kind of super beauty shaping. It is warm and a little numb. After the treatment, my face did become tender. Hahahaha. The staff are all very nice. Desserts are provided after cooking, which is great.

Diana Tanvis Loi I have been going to Junko for facials and when she started offering the buccal facial massage I had to try it and wow I was amazed. It felt unfamiliar and strange at first because its muscles thats never been massaged... I was so relaxed during that I fell asleep for a bit... The results were great i could see the difference in just that session. My face feels more plump and lifted and my jawline more pronounced. Would highly recommend Junko if you are keen on trying Buccal facial massage.

Laura S I had my very first buccal facial with Junko a few months ago, and the experience was simply amazing. I could feel all the tension in my facial muscles getting stretched and kneaded out, and I really liked how Junko explained what the different techniques were for as she worked through the treatment. There was some muscle tenderness for a few days, just like how you would feel after a workout, but I was very happy to see how sharp and slim my my face/jawline looked! Im really excited to get another buccal facial with Junko again soon.

She was so precise in measuring and making sure that my eyebrows are even on either side. I didnt feel any pain at all and she made sure i was comfortable the whole time. Hannah Taylor Jade recently tattooed my eyebrows and I was so impressed with how much time and effort she takes to measure and draw out the brows and precise she is with the whole process. She asked me what I would like and was extremely helpful and reassuring making the procedure very stress free. I am extremely happy with the result, they are so natural looking and exactly how I would normally fill in my brows with make up. I would highly reccomend Jade for anyone that is looking into getting their brows microbladed.

Had been looking around in Melbourne and even Thailand for a reliable beautician for a touchup but never caught one my fancy. I booked for my service for the very next day. Katie is super accommodating and she will adjust the design until you are satisfied. Best thing is, Katie is Korean so you know you are in the best aesthetic hands. The premise is clean, comfortable and welcoming. As per Katie’s recommendation, I did a combination of microblading and ombre for brows, and refresh of my eyeliner. The lines are extremely precise! I am so happy with the results!!!!! Finally my brows and eyes are balanced because my face is very unsymmetrical. And it didnt hurt like 15 years ago. The technique, technology and chemicals have improved tonnes! Booking process with Katie Lash & Brow is pretty easy and simple. On your appointment date, Katie gave me a quick but throughout consultation (no offence to Katie: she doesnt talk much but by just looking at the way she works, you know that you’re in safe hands ^^). She also ensured that I liked the new eyebrow shape first before started. The process was almost painless as Katie is very quick and good with her numbing cream. Even though a very little bit of my old eyebrow tattoo is still there but it doesn’t bother me as I believe Katie did her best and I’m very happy with my new eyebrow s, make me look like a different person ;) Photo on the left is when I just got my new eyebrow tattoo and the photo on the right is day 4 with most of the scabs flaking off.
