Georgina Pekin I’ve started coming to Grace since switching from SNS to BIAB for healthier nails. Can’t reccomend her enough! My nails last 3-4 week and look so good while also feeling much healthier. She has heaps of colours and designs. Her studio is cute and comfortable and she is so friendly and easy to chat to! Obsessed!! The photo is my nails after nearly three weeks still looking great!

Bishnu lama Just worst experience. I did my eyebrows lamination for the first time in my life and it got ruined. All my eyebrows are frazzled after lamination. She left the solution for too long. She didn’t even do the waxing and shaping after lamination. She just did the threading prior to the process. I don’t know exactly what’s the right way of doing eyebrows lamination as I am not the beautician. But I watched the video on TikToks and YouTube and in every video they did the shaping and waxing after the process. She didn’t even mention that i shouldn’t wet my eyebrows for 24 hrs post lamination. I came to know after watching the video and doing some research. Jhan affnai nepali dd ko raixa bhanera gako thiye. You might be best on dealing with hairs but not with eyebrows.

Anita Esmaeli Passive aggressive staff with no patience that are only kind and respectful when you agree with everything they do or say. As soon as you respectfully have an opinion or request for the design , shape , colour etc of the nails YOU’RE PAYING for they then have an attitude. Also, extremely rushed service and poor hygiene compared to other salons Most nail salons give a little slow foot scrub/massage when getting a pedicure and follow it with a hot damp, clean towel which is really relaxing after work, but here they rush which makes the quality of their work low and not an enjoyable experience Not the mention of, there’s a really bad sewage smell coming from their bathroom I suppose which is very disturbing and also makes me question their priorities as a service provider as it has been ongoing for a while now

Loveleen Saini Worst place to get your nails done! Just got shellac done yesterday and it has already chipped off. The customer service is very bad. My daughter got SNS done and the lady did not listen to what she wanted in terms of shape and colour. They are too expensive for their service SNS with tips with only one colour and no design was $60, this is ridiculous!
