Kate Shum Laney was absolutely lovely. I have very short, weak nails and she gave me some lovely acrylic extensions and chose the perfect shade of pink. She checked on the length and shape 3 or 4 times to make sure I was happy, and the finished look was polished and perfect.

Her work is unique, always delivers on what you ask for and makes sure you’re comfortable and happy, btw love the snacks and drinks hehe. Chloe Mcgann Th Suga House is my absolutely one and only nail salon I go to, she takes so much pride and effort into her work and the results are always amazing. I highly recommend The suga house!

Angelise Isidro laney seriously is the easiest person to get along with, you can have such good conversations or just sit in comfortable silence, she will genuinely make you feel as if you’ve known her forever. She is such an amazing mentor and i literally cannot have imagined doing my nail course with someone else other than her. Honestly if you were ever thinking about getting your nails done i 100% recommend going to her, she shows so much passion and love for what she is doing and there is no doubt that your nails will turn out perfect every-time .

tamera gurney I had a spray tan with Mel before heading on holidays. Absolutely amazing! Best tan I’ve had!!! Highly recommend.

Kimmy I had a beautiful relaxing facial with Mel who was so lovely. Best one Ive had in a long time. The space was so calming and peaceful and the facial itself a delight for the senses as every product smelt and felt amazing on my skin including the way Mel applied them with a perfect pressure and technique. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself to some pampering :)

Emily Tayler mel is so friendly and welcoming! she did the best tan i’ve ever had. i’m quite fair skinned and it looked so natural. definitely will go again

I got the winter warmer package of a facial and a massage - and hours later Im still on cloud 9 so just had to leave her a glowing review ✨️ she deserves it! So warm and attentive, her products felt amazing on my skin and the entire experience was pure Pamper vibes, even a herbal tea at the end! Self care and self love is a new priority for me, and now so are appointments with Mel ✌️

She’s so friendly and she makes you feel at home and comfortable for your entire appointment, regardless of the treatment. She has such a beautiful personality, she’s so approachable and I’ve always walked away feeling and looking my best! Definitely will be coming back!

Kate Shum Kim is absolutely fantastic. She is so kind, and very gentle. I got an excellent shellac mani, which looks immaculate. Kim is a perfectionist and her work is excellent. The hand massage at the end was heavenly.

Caroline Haggart Pamela has a beautiful treatment room with a garden outlook. She does the best eyelash and eyebrow tints, and Im a redhead so I would know! She is great a waxing and does a beautiful, relaxing but therapeutic massage. She has helped me greatly with my neck and lower back. Her facial technique and the products she uses and recommends give truly amazing results. Highly recommend.

Megan D. Pamela is amazing! She is so down to earth and has been so genuine in her interest about my skin issues. She has been like a dog with a bone investigating how best to treat my sensitive and rashy skin, and has really gone above and beyond in helping me. Also, her body treatments are so relaxing. She really knows her stuff and is worth engaging with if you are considering! Also - she tries to mostly use Australian made and sustainable products. Love that!

Sophie is helping us through the tough teenage acne phase of a teenage boys life and she is so kind and understanding and happy to explain it all to both of us.

Adele Fletcher I have been here for the last year to get my hair back to its natural color after not being able to reach that goal with another salon after 2 years. From my first session, Carla educated me on why I couldnt reach my hair goals previously and her suggestions. Over just a few sessions Carla and the team have gotten my hair extremely close to its natural colour, where now I will only need to come back for a toner every 8 weeks and a refresh of foils in 12 months. The team are all so lovely and suggest products that will help your hair feel healthy inside and out whilst also being mindful of your budget. There is also a drink menu to keep you satiated through your appointment. I highly recommend coming here and they will help you reach your hair goals in no time.

Ms 777 Ruby is absolutely amazing! She always does a fantastic job colouring my hair—she listens and really knows how to bring out the best tones and make it look fresh and vibrant every time. Her blow dries are hands down the best I’ve ever had—smooth, bouncy, and they last for days. I always leave her chair feeling happy, confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I am a very tough critic and she is the only nail master with the level of skills, attention to details,taste, equipment and quality products that tick all my boxes. Absolutely love her work!!!

You may of had a customer but treat people with respect. Im a human being not a peice of dirt. Very disappointed as I expected better. After all the reviews are fantastic. Sorry plain rude!

Suong Phan I had been few times and had amazing experience at Inails Spa. The staff was super friendly, and they paid great attention to detail. Ashley Jansz I absolutely loved this place but recently their work hasn’t been the best. My last two sets, the shellac started peeling off with in the week. This set below was only done on Friday, the day after the shellac peeled off my thumbs. The polish is patchy, my nails are funny shaped and bumpy. I get charged something different every single time and I’ve only ever done French tips with colour. Very disappointed.

Emily Keegan The girls at BNC are so wonderful. The range of colours is enormous. You want glitter? No worries. you want stamps? Add that on no issues. Want embellishments, stilettos, coffin, round, french, ombre, stripe, matte - you name it, they can do it. I have been seeing Tristin for over 5 years now and I dont trust anyone else! You need to book (so.no walk ins), but worth it for the quality and company - its like getting your nails done with your girlfriends. Highly recommended.
