Maria I One word, AMAZING!!! Was greeted by Michael and immediately felt welcomed. Michael listened to my requests then cut and styled my hair accordingly, adding advice and tips along the way. Sophie then took care of my entire beauty needs. She was very professional and hygiene was of utmost importance. She was so polite and friendly. I felt a million dollars as I left the salon despite the very reasonable prices. I actually thought they had made an error and forgot to charge for one of the services. The lash tint wasn’t as dark as I hoped it would be but that could just be subjective to me. Overall, the workers are lovely, inviting and informative.

Gemma Sol I’m really not happy with the result eyebrow wax and tint. They are SO thin. I asked for a tidy up but so much of my eyebrow was removed. I also got a lash lift and although the end result was good, I left the salon with glue and dye all over my eyes. Overall the salon has a nice vibe and the staff are friendly and attentive. But I’m really upset with my eyebrows and It has put me off going to get them done professionally again

aliyah bilal I had a very disappointing experience. The nail technician I was assigned was clearly either an apprentice or had no proper training—she lacked confidence throughout the entire appointment. Most of the time she was filing my skin rather than my nails. She handled my hands carelessly, which caused me to accidentally bump my nails while they were still wet. At one point, she tried to correct a mistake by using an electric file near my cuticle area, but ended up ruining the polish. She then had to repaint the entire nail. From the beginning, I made it clear I wanted soft gel extensions, yet she began prepping to paint my natural nails—I had to stop her and remind her what I asked for. The final result was far from professional. The nails were unevenly filed, and even after I asked multiple times for them to be corrected, the shape still looked rushed and inconsistent. They also used super glue to stick on the extensions, which is harsh and damaging to natural nails. The fumes were intense, and the glue bled onto my skin, leaving a hardened residue that’s still stuck under and around my nails. Despite all this, I was charged $65 for one of the most mediocre sets I’ve ever received. Less than a week later, one nail broke just from lightly tapping a drink bottle, and two others chipped. Considering they were stuck on with super glue, the quality was shockingly poor. There was also little to no communication from the technician during the appointment, which left me confused about what she was doing and why—I had to constantly ask questions just to understand the process. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and not worth the price. I now have to spend even more money to get them fixed elsewhere. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go somewhere with properly trained nail techs and better service. Very disappointed, especially with the salon owners lack of concern when I raised these issues.

Rakshanda Gautam Actually the best nail place to go. I went on a Tuesday so there were no other customers other than me, which is really strange given how good everything was. I wanted to get a design similar to a Pinterest inspo and Sophie absolutely nailed it! Sophie was welcoming and clearly very good at what she does. We had good chat while she did my nails. She took her time with cuticle prep and the main design. She spend almost 3 hours as she was so detail oriented. It was my first time when my nails didn’t burn or hurt when someone was filing them. Bonus was the cute doggo named Boo. He greeted me when I entered and was sitting under my chair for pats. Overall, I loved the experience and would recommend it to anyone that wants to get amazing nails.

The process was quick and gentle compared to traditional acrylics—no strong smells or harsh filing on my natural nails. The extensions feel super lightweight and natural, but still strong enough to last. The finish is smooth and glossy, and the shape came out exactly how I wanted. It’s been over two weeks and they’re still going strong—no lifting, chipping, or cracking at all. Plus, I love that Gel-X is a healthier alternative for my nails since it doesn’t require as much filing or drilling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting nails without damaging your natural ones. I’ll definitely be coming back for another set!

Bianca Wacker The most relaxing massage I’ve had! I went for the pamper package - it’s normally $219 but they have a sale for 50% off so it’s $109 currently. You get a massage and facial which goes for 60 minutes. The masseuse was amazing- so sweet and caring making sure I was comfortable and the pressure was perfect. It was a full body Swedish relaxation massage and they even use hot stones. Then I had an aromatherapy head massage, a calming and hydrating mini facial, finishing off with led light therapy.

Beyond their skills, the customer service was excellent. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed from start to finish. The salon itself is also clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
