Anna Shen This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I was worried they might look too thick or dramatic for my usual Asian makeup style. But Kim did a classic set for me, and I absolutely love it! She’s super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The salon is clean and hygienic, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I really enjoyed the service—highly recommend! ❤️

Sylvia Penman My favourite set of lash extensions so far! Kim is obviously very experienced, and my lashes have never looked so good while looking super natural. Kim was also really lovely and easy to talk to. Huge bonus is that the beds are really comfy and easy to fall asleep in! Looking forward to coming here regularly for all my lash appointments.

Effie B I recently had my eyebrows and eyelashes laminated and tinted at HOB. Tania was an absolute delight and took great care of me. She kept me informed every step of the way (as it was my first time getting such services) and I was happy with the end result! Tania also provided me with lux products to take and use at home. The salon is clean and neat and private. There is also free parking at the front of the venue.

Diana Soriano My Reiki facial with Nicole was an incredible treatment and something I have never done before, so it was definitely out of my comfort zone but I was pleasantly surprised. Firstly, Nicole has a calmness about her that always makes me feel safe and welcomed in the clinic no matter what treatment I receive. Over the years I’ve had many different treatments with her and she just knows exactly what I need and when I need it. So, of course I fully trusted her to take care of me during this experience which she most certainly did. The Reiki was relaxing, it was peaceful and it took me to a place where it sparked some emotional feelings that I didn’t anticipate popping up like that. I guess it was the release I needed to ease a build-up of tension and stress that I had been feeling over the last couple of months and she helped clear that for me. The facial was wonderful as always and the treatment rooms are always so warm and comfortable that you immediately feel relaxed, like you are almost floating through your treatment. If anyone is considering a Reiki facial, Nicole is definitely the person you want to take that journey with. Her guidance in aftercare following the treatment was amazing and very much appreciated. As a first timer, I came out feeling so much better than I did when I first walked in and I’m thankful Nicole helped me achieve that.

Effie B I had the pleasure of meeting Gabi from Skiin Script and I was treated to a 60-minute custom facial plus LED treatment. It was a blissful experience and I felt very relaxed and fresh afterwards. I was given some products to take home too, including a dermal roller and fruit enzyme mask. I was given detailed instructions for their use. The treatment room was quiet and private, the salon overall was clean and very neat, and there was free on-street parking out the front.

Melissa Capaldo This is definitely my new nail salon! Tina was fantastic and the owner is so kind and welcoming. The staff are all so friendly and my nails look amazing! The salon is modern & immaculate unlike the dirty salon I used to go to downstairs. They have a loyalty program too which I love! They even have a coffee machine so you can enjoy a latte while you get your nails done. Even the coffee was amazing with a little heart on top.

Anu Balasooriya I was excited to try the salon when it opened. And it delivered! The staff are very welcoming and meticulous. My manicure and pedicure were beautiful and the scrub/ massages were like heaven. Extremely hygienic, every thing was new utensils for each client. I recommend this place to anyone! Sophie Rose Freedom I had lip fillers here by nurse Bella. She was incredibly lovely, so helpful and listened to my concerns and requests. She made my lips look perfect, natural and even hid a scar on my upper lip! The products last a while and the numbing injections work well.

maxine morgan I needed a cosmetic nurse I could go to that would provide beautiful results and fit into my busy timepoor schedule. I found all that and more at cosmetique Ringwood. Booked in for after work appointment, received dental block so no pain, walked out looking a million dollars. Professional, efficient and pain free! 5+++ stars

Emily Williams Worst expirience.. -wrong address was listed ended up in boronia and I was already pressed for time. -arrived to chiropractor building, no signage and building was empty except 1 girl (the nurse) who greeted me very poorly. -nurse never consulted with me, just asked what treatment I was wanting. Didnt talk things through, didnt get an idea of what I was wanting or explain the procedure to me. No aftercare advice was given except a sheet of paper. -i explained Im wanting to start with half mil 1st so they dont go too big but Im happy to pay for the full mil and she disregarded my comment and filled my lips with full mil - during the treatment the nurse was quite hostile and I was very uncomfortable. -i asked to see my lips half way through and she told me No and made me wait until they were overfilled they look botched! -i have spent years slowly building my lips and now they are an awful shape and lumpy very over filled. To conclude, this is by far the worst cosmetic expirience Ive ever had by far! Ive been in tears trying to figure out how to fix the mess theyve made.

Willow Ferguson GOT BURNT!! absolutely mortified, went and got my eyebrows waxed today friday 11th, at 8pm. Have gotten home and after the redness has gone away can now see i’ve been severely burnt. Have tried to get in contact via website but that has a word limit so can’t even explain the full situation so they can sort out either their equipment or staff. I do not have sensitive skin and have been here many times and all has been fine, i will not attach pictures to protect everyone else’s eyes so they aren’t grossed out. just wanted my eyebrows waxed but now i’ve got burns and puss, will never go back even if they do address the issue, the trust a customer puts into the service provider is large so to be given this treatment and end up how i have, honestly should be ashamed of yourselves.

Melissa Grover Went to the beauty and brow parlour recently to get an eye brow tidy up with wax (I had max 10 hairs to remove). I ended up with uneven, thin eyebrows. Usually you wax against the hair however when this therapist realised what had happened she slapped the wax on more- instead of getting wax remover solution and wiping it off she proceeded to wax the opposite way in hopes the hair would stay. Not only did that not work she went in with more wax and waxed it thinner! When it was finished she applied gel and said all done. No mirror was offered. I checked in the big mirror and to my horror my eyebrows were butchered. I asked what can be done - I was told to use an eyebrow pencil to fill it in until it grows back! I’ve been put off now. Mistakes happen but own them and try to rectify them instead of making it worse!

Bek C The best nail salon Ive been to. Cannot recommend enough. Extremely professional and friendly. They do designs quicker than I have ever had with better detail than any other place Ive been. Never been happier with my nails and will never go anywhere else.

Gabrielle Zappia The man who works here is rude. He did my nails the complete wrong colour after showing the exact nails in which I wanted and then told me that he didnt have time to fix it and to speak up more. He then was doing another lady and made her nails crooked with the French tip she got and told her if she doesnt like it to just get a full colour and not French: all of this after being 30 minutes late for our appointment. Very unprofessional with bad customer service provided by him. I would rather have absolutely no nails than deal with this sort of customer experience. He would rather argue with the customers than fix his work and cannot take feedback on the nails without becoming defensive.

Marina Johnston Abbie was fantastic, she is quicker than any other nail salon I have ever been too. Which I love because I usually have a busy schedule, yet her work is perfectly neat and beautiful. She was happy to accommodate every request I had a was super friendly on top of that including towards my kids. I am very happy with my nails and the overall experience and will definitely return.

Jac Fabulous male nail technician. Ive been to many salons over the years. I could tell immediately that this man knew his stuff. Very thorough , excellent attention to detail, quick but not rushed. They have a new regular customer in me! I had extensions with acrylic. I was also sick of other salons taking so many walk ins that Id be waiting up to an hour for my pre booked appointment. Lover that this salon is bookings only!

Cassandra Douglas-Denton I had a Mani and pedi here for my friends wedding. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was done well but I was hoping to feel relaxed but instead feel a bit like an inconvenience. What I got was a nail shape and buff and paint, for both hands and feet. She was nice but if you want the full spa experience, like I was expecting, you may not get it here.

Ann After moving back to the area as I always had the best massages here, I was so excited for my booking. That disappeared within a second when less than halfway through my massage I got distracted with how some girls pregnancy was going, her birth plan and what else is happening in life. To add to my fusdration I recently had a miscarriage and was trying to do something special for myself. Very distracting and disappointing guys yes I did book another appointment but the more I think about it youve lost me as a client.

Richard Hong Suk Yoon It was my second time to visit and I loved deep cleansing facial service I had. I fall asleep with snoring while I had the service for half an hour. It involved basic facial wash, scrub with deep cleansing, facial mask, head massage, cleansing off with warm to hot towel and moisturising of face in the end. I recommend highly and will be back again.

Joy Bord My appointment today was at 4pm and Jaz was promptly on time. Jaz did a fabulous job with my half leg wax paying particular attention to every single hair. I just love the gorgeously thick warm wax, it is a beautiful treatment one which is very effective at removing all my hair and more gentle than using cloth strips. I couldnt recommend Beauty O Ryrie any higher.

Suzy D The middle eastern lady who has a 21 year old son was pathetic at my brows. Her thread kept breaking and she said the management has got them a cheap thread that’s why. She seemed so amateur at doing brows, she ruined my brows right before a wedding I have to attend. She has such negative vibes that my baby girl started crying looking at her something she never ever does. She needs to be fired from here.

shanara duyn The lady today was very nice but was extremely rough with my eyebrows commented saying one is shorter then the other so she couldn’t do much about making them even I’ll post a photo of my eyebrows! She made my left eyebrow bleed and then said she would tidy them up but didn’t I had wax in my eyelash and heaps still on my face she put aloe vera to try dim the redness down but her bottle was out so she put the tiniest bit on my right one. AND to top it off my right wasn’t wakes properly. Would not recommend!

Kim Nguyen By far the worst threading experience I have had. I am so disappointed in service they provided and the way they threaded my eyebrows. I have had my eyebrows threaded before at other salons and it was not as painful as this one. It turns out she threaded my skin as well. It goes to show that she was inexperienced and had no idea what she was doing, I highly do not recommend this place. I have scars under my eyebrows from the skin she threaded off. I have added a photo taken 2 days after the service.

Stephanie Ive only been here a few times for eyebrow threading but the last two have been the worst. The second last time a chunk of the arch of my eyebrow was taken off which is yet to grow back, a very clear mistake. The last time I went a whole chunk of skin was threaded and cut off which left me with a huge gash under my eyes and took a week to heal. It was also very painful. Being the most sensitive part of your face you would expect them to take greater care as it is very dangerous so close to the eyes. Wasnt even told sorry.
