Michelle Le I had my acrylic nails done here last week and they turned out great. The girls were fantastic and service was good too. The address on google maps is wrong so I had to call them to direct me to the store. I have helped them update the location on google so customers won’t go to the wrong place anymore. This is a Vietnamese area so prices are affordable. They have a few skin facial services, eyelash extensions and hair wash also. I will be back soon. Thanks ladies.

Evil-lynne Con I booked Japanese head treatment, my first time to try this and also to visit this salon. Ginger tea was my choice when they offered tea as helps with circulation. Despite noisy traffic on main Rd outside, the atmosphere inside made me feel very calm. Start of the treatment involves a camera near the scalp and another given to you so to see current condition. A cooling scalp scrub was applied and mild steaming. I loved that the water temperature was cool or slight warm, not hot which can be uncomfortable. The halo extension was on, a teatowel is over eyes so you cant see. After treatment is complete and hair dried, the scalp is checked again. I was very impressed with the result, follicle root were clean and look healthier than before. Hoping to visit during winter. Thank you to staff for this experience.

Chrissy W On a whim I booked a service here and Im so glad I did because it was amazing. I am in love with the Healthy Hair Wash service, approx. 45min. It went above expectations with my face, neck, shoulders, upper back and chest thoroughly massaged with a beautifully scented lotion. It also comes with a double shampoo treatment for the hair which of course also is with the scalp massage. It honestly felt like more than a hour (in a good way!) and I didnt want it to end it was so relaxing and comfortable. Afterwards they put a towel over my eyes and had the curved water showerhead pour over my scalp and chest. I have lots of muscle knots and very, very long hair thats oily with a dry scalp - I cannot believe the amount of relief in my muscles and how refreshed my scalp and hair feels. My hair was blow dried and then I was offered some complimentary oil, it was great. Oh and at the start they also offered me tea, they also give you a basket to put your things in and give you a silk wrap. The ladies and gentleman were absolutely wonderful in their service, the interior was gorgeous and the atmosphere was peaceful. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Vanessa Smirneos This was my first time at Lottie nails, I can honestly say there was good and bad with the service I received. I came across Lottie nails on insta and I’m all for supporting small businesses, I’ve explained to linh that my last experience at a nail place wasn’t great and that I was looking for a good nail technician. From the moment I walked in she was nothing but cold and unpleasant and looked like she just didn’t want me there. I can say at the start she was taking care of her nail work but by the end of it when I wanted a ombré done and it look like one colour when I questioned it (mind you this was the first time me saying something in the service) she straight away was rude and aggressive about it and had every excuse in the book saying that my nails were too short (mind you I had extension on) then I said maybe if you do another layer and she did and it started to look a lot darker. I notice a dot on my nail as well but I can’t be bother messaging her and going back. She is good at what she does on her Instagram page but is very moody. I might have just caught her on a bad day but reading these reviews seems like it’s most of the time.

Michelle G I have been going to Linh for a very long time, Ive also taken my 2 daughters to see her, however she takes days in replying to my messages and sometimes ignores my queries. I find it frustrating when trying to organising my week, being a full time working mum. Overall her service is good, but not worth the wait in her getting me back to me in confirming appointments, Id rather go elsewhere

Nasima Reya I got my nails done here yesterday, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. They make you pay upfront, which is already a red flag, and the quality of work was disappointing. There was a lot of glue left under my nails, making them feel messy and uncomfortable. I expected better attention to detail, but that wasn’t the case. Definitely not worth the visit. I’ve attached pictures to show the results.

Zubin Michael Been getting haircuts and beard shaves here for a while. Usually a pretty good experience until now. I had confirmed the price for my beard and haircut together (with a discount on the beard if I get a haircut same time) before sitting on the chair. The owner said nothing about a price increase until half way through shaving my beard and told me to come back tomorrow to get a haircut because he had to pick up his kid from School and has to leave early. Although an inconvenience and waste of time for me to come back the next day for a haircut and incur more fuel costs, I tried to be understanding so I asked whether I will still get the discounted price for a haircut if I come back tomorrow to suit him, however I was told NO! It was suddenly sprung on me half way through my beard shave that I must pay more and that I wont receive the cheaper rate for both jobs. Not happy with the level of service.

Mehran Ahmadi I sat down at the chair and whipped my phone out. I told the man that was doing my hair “hey, can you do it like this?” as I showed him a photo. He looked at me into my eyes and lied. He said “yes, i can do.” The language barrier made it even harder for me to ask for what I want. He even took a closer look at the photo. I asked him “are you sure you can do it?” He said yes again. He lied again. I’m now crying at home. He turned my head into a warcrime. He botched my hairstyle. This goes to every barber that sees this, IF YOU SEE A PHOTO AND YOUR GUY ASKS “can you do it?” BE HONEST. RUINING THEIR HAIR FOR POSSIBLY MONTHS IS NOT WORTH THE $26 THEY CHARGED.

I had to got to another salon and where the hairdresser tried their best to salvage the mess she made. O stars if it was possible

Susie Hape I go every few months to get my root regrowth coloured & a cut. Once in a while for change up I get some coloured tips. I always ask for one lady in particular to cut my hair because she knows how I like my hair done. Im always greeted with a smile & the ladies make me feel comfortable. My 20 year old son likes to get his hair cut here too. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Great service & price.

S N I confirmed with the hairdresser 3 times that I wanted a shoulder length cut. Verbal and with gesture. She still cut it too short and its now below my ears. The cut took longer than usual and I suspect she cut too much and tried to fix it by cutting more off and styling, did not work.

There was no one at that time. and when I went back, there were other lady and said need to to wait long because there are other already there for hair cut disappointed. If you have plenty of free time, thats ok. They need to somehow manage customer when they tell someone to come aftet half an hour.
