Kate, Ash and Chloe are fabulous, they ensure that the visit is wonderful relaxing and a genuine pampering experience. Kate knows just how to cut my hard to cut hair. She takes the time to ensure I know how to keep it salon perfect at home. Ash has done an absolute amazing job of the colour and Chloe is amazing at the wash basin and her drying skills are fabulous. Kate and the girls are fun and sparkly but they’re always ready with tissues and a shoulder when I have needed it. They go above and beyond to make everyone’s visit special.

C M My first appointment for a waxing service was brilliant. I then booked a nail manicure and shellac. I booked an appointment with one beautician but got a different one (even though the person I originally booked with was working that day). I was kept waiting for over 5 minutes while the beautician stood next to another beautician that was chatting with a client about a procedure. She had no time to do my shellac properly, they came off within 3 days. I cancelled my next appointment. I have not received a follow-up phone call or anything.

Melanie Murphy When coming into InBeauty, you are immediately whisked into a glamorous and highly modern waiting room. I instantly felt like a celebrity. However, the Hollywood treatment started even before this - on the phone to Vulla (sorry about the spell!) talking about options for myself and my mum to come in together. She explored many options and although time wasn’t on her our time due to the busy week of Christmas, we made sure my mum was taken care of. We both have been to InBeauty many times and every time we feel so loved and pampered. The atmosphere feels homely like catching up with girlfriends or aunties. It’s so comforting to come into this Salon (especially for people like me who might come into a salon/beauty treatment services maybe once or twice a year).
