Adam S Marisa and Natalie are amazing. My mother had just passed away a couple of days ago, and I came by the salon because I was feeling incredibly stressed out. Having my hair washed has always been such a relaxing thing for me, and Marisa and Natalie spent extra time with me and helped me to relax as much as possible. I was really impressed, and I felt so much better afterwards. I’ll never forget your kindness and understanding.

Jana Perera Absolutely Amazing Hairdresser I’ve been going to Marisa at Cutting Girl in Pascoe Vale for a very long time, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Marisa is simply amazing—she has an incredible understanding of what her clients want and always takes such personal care with every cut and colour. I completely trust her with my hair, whether it’s the length, the style, or the colour, and I always walk out of the salon feeling like a million dollars. If you’re looking for a hairdresser who genuinely cares and consistently delivers fantastic results, I highly, highly recommend Marisa at Cutting Girl!

Gayathri Arnold I booked a haircut on a Saturday and when I turned up, I was told that the hairdresser had had an emergency and they had my incorrect phone number. Fair enough - these things happen. So, I rebooked for a few days later and corrected my phone number. When I turned up for my appointment, I was told that they were running an hour behind. Again, I understand, but they could have given me a courtesy call and checked whether I wanted to keep my appointment! I did not use their services and I doubt I ever will.

Maximus Lively, friendly and professional staff. One even speaks Italian. Very clean place, good setup and very busy! Best bet is to book ahead. They also have a small range of jewelry and candles.

86bomboclat I went to the salon for an haircut today, and I had the luck to meet Giovanni. On top of being a very skilled barber, I had a great service. For the first time since long, I found a barber that really listen what cut I was looking for! (I have mid length haircut) He make me feel so relaxed Highly recommended.

Anh Huynh Just had a hair cut here. I did not receive a good service form the male hairdresser at all. He was so rude and a poor communicator. He just wanted to get the job done to the minimum standard. He even sprayed so much water to my hair and comb my hair with unnecessarily strong force. I will never come back. To be fair, I did receive an excellent service from the other female staff before. Another thing is this salon does not accept card payment ( cash only). This is something that I find hard to understand in this modern day.

Olga Starec Very disappointing service. I booked an appointment for my childs haircut a few days earlier then when we arrived on time for our appointment we were told the hairdresser was behind the schedule. That was told as a fact without any apology and any suggestion of changing our appointment time. I also had to ask the hairdresser myself when she will finish the current customer and if we can come after that then. I was told I could come back in 50 minutes. I agreed first to come back but in about 10 minutes I called them to cancel the appointment as it would be too late for my already tired child and also I wanted to give them feedback as it seemed like the hairdresser just decided to give haircut to someone without appointment. I told the hairdresser that I had to change my other commitments to be able to come to our appointment with her on time. The hairdresser again didnt apologise for wasting my time. Any way it seems like nothing changed in this business after 4 years. 4 years ago I had an appointment and had to wait 1 hour longer to get a 5 minute hair cut on dry hair. No apologise, nothing plus full price for 5 minute hair cut. My suggestions for your business improvement are: 1. Take your customers contact number when booking and call them if something is changing 2. If didnt do suggestion no 1 simply greet customer and apologise for the inconvenience and offer other options 3. Prioritise customers that booked appointments.
