Claire King Jo-Anne is absolutely amazing!! Ive had Microdermabrasion, Laser Treatment and facials for my acne and skin issues as well has products to take home, which have dramatically improved my skin problems and acne. I can not thank Jo enough at McCrae Clinical Therapies! She is such a lovely person and she has made a massive change in my skin :) Thank you Jo-Anne!

Angela Knight Amazing skin care treatment! My skin is so sensitive and usually reacts badly to facials. The results from the laser and skin care used have been amazing. Very intuitive and holistic in Myotherapy massage. Jos experience and expertise really shows in her treatments. Ill be back!!

Kristy lee Liberatore Fantastic place! Ask for Cathy! She fit my sister-in-law and I in last minute during high season when every other salon was completely booked. You never know what you’re going to get when you’re on holidays but we were very pleasantly surprised! We got BIAB gel and they look great! Attention to detail was fantastic. Thank you Cathy!

Belinda Ryan This is my third visit after moving to the area. The girls are friendly, efficient and always listen. Both manicures and pedicures have been amazing. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Ally Harrison Very clean and new looking. Very friendly staff. Great prices, cheaper than most salons. Large range of colour choices. I did feel however my sns didn’t cover my whole nail on the sides so not sure how long I’ll get out of them. Cash & eftpos facilities.

Belinda J My daughter was told they could see her, she was then sat at a table for over an hour waiting to be attended to. Once she was seen they did a rush job. The ‘nail art’ was meant to be star fish and looks nothing like the picture she took in. She is so disappointed that she spent 2 hours and paid for such appalling work.

Kathy Hocking How disappointing, pedicure and manicure is a treat and self-care that was not the case at the McRae salon. It was dirty. They didn’t even greet you. The lady doing my pedicure did nothing besides paint my toes and put my feet in warm water for $50. I could’ve saved the money, and painted my own toenails I will not be going back. The person doing my nails literally trimmed one nail. Hey there’s nine more toes. I’ve never Witnessed such an unenthusiastic person in customer service.zero stars.

Scout Warning - dont go here. The woman doing my nails must have been the manager as she watched her staff on the security cameras on her phone the entire time she did my nails. This is why she cut the skin beside my nail and after almost two weeks its still painful and trying to heal. Today I went and saw my GP about it so these nail extensions have been very expensive to say the least! I then had the extensions carefully removed somewhere else. She didnt even say sorry as she assumed I didnt see her do it. I mentioned it after a while and then she said sorry very quietly. I should have read the other negative reviews here before making my appointment. The appointment didnt mean anything anyway as you just wait your turn like everyone else. Do yourself a favour do your research and go somewhere else.

Kiara Rullo READ ALL AS THIS WAS MY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AT RUBY NAILS: WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!! As a first time costumer I needed refills of SNS. TERRIBLE SKILLS IN THIS STORE. I guess she took a 15 year old for her advantage as though she thought it didn’t matter. When she finished doing my nails they were all different shapes and sizes, terrible quality of the colour and overall very little talent. As I went home after it being done I showed my mum what it looked like and she forced me to go back and get them fixed up. So I walked in the store and as soon as I asked to get them fixed I was faced with yelling and screaming from the staff of RUBY NAILS threatening me that they were going to call the police as if I did something wrong. While she was doing my nails the second time I visited the salon she had filed my nails and cut me multiple times and didn’t bother to apologies or clean up the blood that was dripping down my finger. By the way she noticed it and didn’t even bother to do anything about it. Being a 15 year old I was very overwhelmed with the screaming which made me cry. Correct me if I’m wrong but you should always treat a costumer how you would want to be treated when you walk into a store. The other costumers around me were sticking up for me as the lady that did the nails was the one in the wrong. She called me crazy, stupid and screamed at me as though she didn’t care if I was crying. I Will never go back !!!!! AS THE SAYING GOES THE COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

Sophie Michelle I honestly didn’t have a bad experience unlike the reviews. I got a pedicure. They were polite and the massage chair was comfortable. They were quick and gave me a tea: No complaints and my feet feel great.

Melissa Spence I live in Dromana and went to their new Salon in Dromana. I had my old SNS nails soaked off and got new SNS nails. Ngoc did an amazing job on my nails, she has very high attention to detail. The staff float between their three stores so I hope to get to her again. I was offered tea on arrival and had made no prior booking. The salon accepts cash only. I have been getting my nails done in Frankston and was reluctant to visit Ruby due to bad reviews that I have read on google but like every story there are always two sides and being respectful and a polite customer goes a long way too. I love my nails. They look natural and beautiful.
