alexandra katsamoundi I had a very bad experience at this salon. Firstly when I entered and was seated at the station it was not cleaned from the last person. White powder and glitter everywhere (white powder and glitter got onto my nails and was sealed in) When they had finalised my nails I asked them to redo as there was glitter peices in my nail polish. The lady advised that this wasnt cleaned up and transferred from the last person. The job was rushed as the place was busy I had white residue on the nail from the uncleaned hand rest and I left with it still on the last nail. They left the paint all over the sides of my fingers and the back. To top it off when they were filing my finger they caused it to bleed out 2 or 3 times which was very painful. The lady said this happens when you file it. The equipment did not look sterilised either. I was very very dissapointed and they charged me $60 for my own natural nail with no extension. Wont be going back.

KJ I had my nails done here today. I walked in and was greeted by the very friendly staff who helped me choose my colour. I had SNS done and they did an amazing job. This nail salon is by far better than others at this shopping center. Thanks you so much, I will definitely come back.

Lucy S Ive been amazed again, everytime I make a booking they have been so patient with me as I chose a colour and/or a combination of services all at once. This time I got extensions, sns ombre with a chrome coat. Which I didnt know they could do until I showed a photo and they could do it. Constantly throughout the service they checked in on me making sure I was happy with the length and shape and amount of colour and it was perfect. I myself am not always talkative and dont make much conversation, so they also did amazing things here. Genuinely dont think Ill ever try to go to another place cause theyve set the bar so high

Stephanie Yeoh I used to love this place, especially for the spa pedicures that included a hot stone massage - it always felt like a treat. Unfortunately, yesterdays visit was disappointing. The technician barely put any effort into my pedicure. My heels were still cracked afterward, and the cuticle care I requested was almost nonexistent - she barely touched my nails. When I asked why the hot stone massage wasn’t included, she stumbled over an excuse but couldn’t give a real answer. In the end, she took $8 off the treatment, but it didn’t make up for the poor experience. Definitely not the quality I used to expect here and I wont be returning, so disappointed.

Emma Weninger Unfortunately, the gel pedicure service at Odyssey Nails Forest Hill has gone downhill over the past 12 or so months. I return every 1-2 months for a gel pedicure and each time the service has been quicker and more rushed, with today’s pedicure service taking less than 15-20 minutes. The water was cold and the process of preparing the nails and feet (scrubbing, filling, buffing, etc.) was extremely rushed. The gel polish on my toes is a bit of a mess and the cut of the nails is also jagged and uneven. Not to mention the price has increased numerous times over the past few months… I understand that it is a busy time with it being the Christmas period, but I believe $60 is worth more than a 15-20 minute service.

Zoi Sem This is the best salon for your nails. I would not go anywhere else. Hang is always warm and friendly, has a great range of colours, manages busy times very well. I always leave happy and would recommend highly.

KJ Walked in to ask if they had time to do my nails. They pointed to a chair & dumped a basket of nail colours in front of me. After 10 minutes of being ignored & a few other people still sitting there waiting I decided to walk out. The staff just ignored the customers. So I went directly downstairs to another nail salon, so glad I did. The other place was great & had such friendly staff. Don’t waste your time here, go to the nail salon on the ground floor instead.

ashlee Great Service! I’ve now gotten my nails done there 3 times with shellac and I love it! Although I got the same brand both times, my friend got a different brand and it was a bit clumpy. Overall a great experience, good customer service and we came at a later time so it would be less busy so the wait time was around 20 mins. Would definitely recommend and come back myself!

Emily Reid Would not go back ever was charged $20 to have my hand soaking for 30mins and left with my nails looking like this, all my skin is peeling and when I brought it up the lady was very rude!! Save you money skin and nails !!

Samx A Went on recommendation. Lousy spa pedicure. Same person will run around serving few people while attending. They are rushing each job not giving attention that customers deserve. Say yes to everyone coming in even though only 2 people working. Feet/ half leg was not scrubbed. Just something was applied and washed. Not properly cleaned. Forgot to apply base coat. Nail polish was applied ok. They were poliet. From start to applying last coat took 10 minutes. Charged full price. Money wasted. Never going back.

Natasha Cunningham Second time visit today my last SNS lasted 4 weeks with no issues and I work with my hands all day. Quality is just wonderful and I found the staff to be lovely and welcoming! I will be back again for another set soon!
