Emma B Highly recommend BDC! I had my hair put up and my makeup done for a wedding and loved it. Kristy is great at what she does, very knowledgeable and skilled. The salon is beautiful & the staff always ask what you want and actually listen. I also go regularly for blow waves and they are great!

Emma Jeffs Absolutely amazing experience at BDC Collective today. I went in with awful black box dyed hair, I wanted to lighten things up a bit without going blonde. Told the girls what I wanted, and they did literally everything and more to make my hair dreams come true. I have been to several salons in the past but have never come out happy and satisfied., but BDC collective nailed the brief to a T. Im over the moon and extremely happy with my hair. The girls really listen to your requests, extremely knowledgeable, incredibly lovely and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Would definitely reccomend ❤️

Natalie Fulford Worst hair experience Ive had. The first time I got my hair done here I wasn’t happy with the turn out for what it cost me and it wasn’t even close to what I wanted so I called up and explained that and the owner was happy to redo it however I went back and I had the same person do it again and it turned out worse than the first time! Never going back again!

Lisa Button Love Love Love Skin Body Spa ! Especially the brow lamination service, always an amazing job. The staff are super friendly, great conversation & super amazing at what they do. I walk out with perfect brows that last for weeks, & receive compliments that my brows are on point! :) I got a birthday voucher emailed to me which was a nice surprise.... Highly recommend !

Tara Gavin I had a treatment with Kyralee this afternoon, and I just have to say how amazing she was. It truly felt like the best experience Ive ever had during a massage and facial. She was attentive to my comfort while also giving me the space to fully enjoy the relaxing treatments. I will certainly be recommending her to my friends and plan to book another appointment with her soon.

Theresa I was 5 minutes late for my appointment as there was a truck blocking the main road. They said I had to reduce my appointment time by 10 mins (a massage) but still had to pay the full fee! Then they made me pay a surcharge for paying by card . The massage was not the best I’ve ever had either. Although I did thank the operator for her time :( very frustrating The business owner gave me No warning prior to my appointment that a late arrival would invite a time penalty as well as a surcharge! The business owner made the appointment and had full opportunity to do so! The operator said that after only being 5 mins late the I would take 5 more minutes to be ready (get on the table) therefore incurring the time penalty. I’m sure if the boot was on the other foot the business owner would have no qualms in taking the full fee! It is a busy time of the year and courtesy and customer service should be a top priority! 5 minutes NOT 10 mins as below stated
