Ben Tully I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Smiles of Diamond Creek. I was on a long break in Melbourne, visiting from the UK when I had some issues. The reception team were so friendly and helpful, always going beyond to put me at ease. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and offered a drink. The clinic is welcoming, airy and clean. Dr Aiden was fantastic, professional, transparent, and friendly. I was offered a same day appointment, given a filling, and a script. I was reassured and made to feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. If only all dentists were like this! Thank you again.

Not only were they supportive and understanding of a phobia of the dentist, but amazing with managing the kids first trips to the dentist. The staff return enquiries in an efficient and timely manner and do their best to get you into an appointment as soon as practicable. Highly recommend.

Bethany Lavery My 8 year old son Jackson sees Dr Sonia, and she is absolutely amazing. She is so incredibly lovely and welcoming and makes him feel super comfortable. He even said in the car on the way that he loves his dentist and that he is excited to go see her. She is super informative and takes the time to make sure her patients are comfortable, but also explains to both parents and children on their level. Leanne in the office is the most inviting, warm, professional and lovely lady, and is an absolute asset to the business. It is so welcoming to walk in and be greeted by her smiling face. She remembers Jackson every time we go, and goes out of her way to talk to him, make him laugh and feel important. Highly recommend Smiles, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

From the moment you walk in, the staff are warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Raymond is not only incredibly skilled but also takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure youre completely comfortable. Whether its a routine cleaning, a filling, or more complex work, Ive always felt Im in the best hands. I genuinely trust this team with my dental care! Lloyd Smyth Great local dentist which has performed really well for the whole family. Have had general check ups, cleans and minor repair work here, as well as kids check up appointments and I have to say we were highly impressed. - Pre appointment communication via email/text was efficient, including required paperwork - newly renovated rooms creates a relaxed and comfortable environment - especially welcoming for kids, with both the environment and the dentist (we had Dr Prajakta Lele) making the kids feel as at ease as possible. - Dr Lele took time to explain all findings clearly - efficient and friendly staff from entry to exit You would be forgiven for thinking this place was a day spa, not a dentist!

He and his team are so professional, genuine, and honest. After seeing him, it turned out all I needed was a good clean—and that was it! Its hard to find a trustworthy dentist these days, and Im so glad I found one.
