Denise Wheeler Came in for a Deluxe manicure and pedicure. The pedicure, I am thrilled with...Unfortunately I got handed over to someone else for the manicure... A two year old could do a better paint job. The standard I was expected to pay for, is so disappointing! Only when I complained about the final product at payment stage she offered to fix it. Who on earth runs a business and is happy to send a customer away with such poor quality? Not cheap for someone who didnt get any tips put on either! How on earth do the other reviews not line up with my experience?! Will never go back there.

Rita Kapp We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Sunbury Central. Although it is an older weatherboard house on the outside. Once you open the front door, you are pleasantly surprised. It is a beautiful renovated house. We stayed in the back room, as my husband needs walk in shower. We have a lovely well appointed kitchenette, the bathroom was roomy for my husband’s 4 wheeler walker. Although the only problem we encountered was very narrow space between the bed and the wall. Between the bed and the wardrobe was a bit wider. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you David

Michael Kitchenham Small shopping centre. Can get most of what anyone might want here. Big Coles. Plenty of food options. Mostly seniors here sitting around. Plenty of parking but is fairly busy with cars going in all directions. I parked in the street outside.

Andrew B 1 week after daylight savings ends and CHP Management are clearly not paying attention - clock not adjusted. The clock was reported to CHP management as 5 mins out months ago, now it is 1 hour and 5 minutes out. Clearly, if the clock does not pay rent, then well... CHP Management dont care.

Thomas Liontis A bit of a bland shopping centre, but passable. You have both a Coles and a Woolworths nearby, along with a couple of decent options to get a bite to eat, with not many other services aside from the essentials, you really need to venture into metro Melbourne if you want something that doesnt look like you bought it from a $2 shop. Tons of shops here are boarded up and closed, even on the outskirts you wouldnt think this place is open if it wasnt for the somewhat busy carpark.

barry stones This place is quite small for a shopping centre, but theyve packed a lot in. A coles supermarket, bakers delight, toy world, Mitchell coffee shop, boost juice, a deli, proud jewelry shop lots of other stuff oh! Just remembered a cotton on clothing store and public toilets (handy). Used those, well only the male one. I identify as a male ( because I am one). Busy little place.

Van Dang The first time at USD Star Nail was an amazing experience! The salon offers professional service, a clean and pleasant space, and a dedicated team. A perfect place to relax and beautify! I will definitely come back!

Miki Corner Never felt so annoyed! I went in there after school it took four hours to complete a set. My cuticles were cut, I was left for 20 minutes at a time and now left with crooked uneven length nails. Still requesting a refund. So disappointed.

Selma Hill Went to get a Brazilian and legs waxed and other things waxed If I could, I would give this nail shop zero stars never in my life have I been so embarrassed The boss is so unprofessional, rude Didn’t hear me out wouldn’t giving me a refund Talked about me in her language to the staff I’m not silly. I know they were talking about me made me wait at the front desk for 20 minutes not serving me. I went and asked for a Brazilian and leg wax and other things waxed the worker Burnt me very badly ripped my skin off my bikini line and my Brazilian wax got stuck. I don’t even think she was qualified She didn’t know what she was doing. Took so long. I told her to stop because I was in pain. I had to see a doctor because I was so burnt wax was hot. So the boss made me pay $110 Hair still left there and burnt. Don’t understand she charged me and overcharged me when there was still hair left there When they didn’t even do a good job will be taking this further I’ve got medical Costs that the owner can pay they’ve burnt my Skin ripped my skin off my skins discoloured The boss is a very rude lady Made me feel so uncomfortable with my children there unprofessional nail shop do not recommend it save your time and money and go elsewhere And they talk about you in their language make you wait at front of shop and pretend not to see you So unprofessional To the business owner, you are so rude It does not get you anywhere in life , And I’ve taken this matter further and the bank is refunding my money back I was nothing but nice to you You do not treat customers like that You must be doing something wrong to have pay ID. You should have a EFTPOS machine you do not yell at me in front of customers who do you think you are? Would you like it? If someone did that to you very rude person you won’t get far in life. With a attitude like that And not to hear me out that I got burned is disgusting on your act while I’m suffering in pain And embarrass me in front of my children that’s next level and hell at me I’ve got all my pictures of my burns I took The matter further accuse someone of shaving when I don’t shave You’ve made this matter all about yourself and don’t care about your customers and blame your customers disgusting act and I will be telling everyone about this not to come to your shop I hope you don’t treat other people the way you treated me and your staff the way they treat me too Disgusting

mary Would give 0 stars if I could; this place is terrible at nails but even worse than the thick, chunky and unfiled nails they expect you to walk out with, their service is absolutely shocking. They are very rude and lie to you about wait times, they will leave you waiting forever without so much as a “thanks for waiting” or “won’t be much longer”. I will never go back here :)

naomi elliss Wanted a nice long and thin feminine nail. Walked out with cuts, bulky/thick & uneven acrylic with a horrible blotchy paint job. Kept telling her throughout service that I wasnt happy and she kept telling me that "it looks better this way" Went to another salon staight after to get them removed and redone.

Dmitri S Terrible service and a third rate effort. You should have seen the look on their faces when they saw a man coming in for a manicure… I think I broke them. Both myself and another person in store had to keep asking for more layers as you could still see the nails underneath. They also butchered my fingers and I was bleeding for a day. I asked for a matte finish to my black nails and she covered 70% of the nail, so I had shiny black crescent moons around my cuticles. Had to go into target to buy some matte # 2 and finish the job myself because I wasn’t about to walk around looking like that. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. There are heaps of great places in the area and based on what I saw while I was there, these people couldn’t do your nails like the ones in the pictures, even if they tried.

Madeleine L Worst nails I’ve ever had , attention to detail isn’t a priority here. My nails are curved over and look like bird claws , and shellac is so messy and in my cuticle. When I asked the lady to fix it , she huffed and mumbled something and didn’t even fix it. Don’t recommend this place.
