Brooke Yomelos I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The space was clean & relaxing The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. My nail tech took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I got a shellac manicure and itturned out flawless! The color selection was impressive. I also appreciated how hygienic they were with their tools and setup. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service, a calm atmosphere, and long-lasting results. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Natasha Halim I come here every 3 weeks and the girls deliver every time. Ive even moved away and still drive to get my nails done here. Everyone is always so lovely and I love getting my nails done here.

Julianna Tran I recently visited this nail salon to get gel extensions and a pedicure before my flight to syd, and I cant recommend them enough! The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The salon itself was spotless, which really added to the overall experience. My gel extensions turned out beautifully, and the pedicure was so relaxing.

ML Worst experience I have had and the worst nails i have gotten done . Booked an appointment for last Sunday 19 Jan 2025 at 11 am , got attended at 11:30 after me asking how long it was gonna take as no one was looking after me. I showed them what design i wanted asked if they could do it they said yes. Didnt even helped me with the colours. The nail tech started gluing a tip i didnt like i expressed i would like to have the full extention, she then stood up and left me and had to wait another 5-8 mins until another nail tech attended me. I was asking some questions and they started talking in their lenguage in front of me without addressing me directly. The nail tech took 2hrs to shape my nails and then When she started the design i realised she didnt know how to do it but i was already running out of time and needed to leave so had no time to tell them to stop and fix it. It was all wrong from the start. Definitely not coming back. And they charged 85 aud for this. I paid but its not worth the money.

Georgia Cleaver Aaron is the BEST! I trust him with my life, because my hair is literally my life. The salon was super welcoming, and it’s such a lovely environment to spend a couple hours in. Highly recommend seeing Aaron if you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for too, his suggestions are always on point.

Mackenzie Laffey I’ve recently followed Racheal from being her client from her previous store she worked at, to the new hair salon she works at now Boda hair and she is the best hairdresser and does exactly what you want to transform your hair. Highly reckons as she has great service and makes you feel comftable as her client.

Alex Miller When I say that Nicole gave me the most amazing hair transformation of my life - I mean it!!! I walked in looking like a golden shaggy mess and walked out looking like an icy white mermaid. She really gave me the princess hair of my dreams. The quality of the 22 inch hair extensions by Soho London Hair is also unreal... so soft and is actually really thick towards the ends which I struggle to find with most extensions Ive tried. Will definitely be back! xx

They are always happy to discuss what Id like done to my nails and often help me to decide. It doesnt matter how busy they are, they are always perfectionists. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. Sahasra 1 I got my nails done with French tips on SNS and a little flower design and loved it! They did it well and were very neat. I recommend coming here to get your nails done as they can look at a reference photo and do it. :)

taylor wayne walked in and asked how much for french tip acrylics and got told $55 dollars. when paying, got changed 75? also got given the wrong change and lied to about prices. nails are low key good but still not good enough

Danielle Ogrisetti I had builder gel with extensions and was charged $90. I was not told about the price until they finished. Very expensive given the standard rate is $70 (dreamers next door specalise in build a gel and charge $70). If you are going to charge $90 I would expect perfection which they are not. They are already chipping after 3 days!

Lana Allan I highly recommend the lovely ladies at Good Nails, Moonee Ponds. They always do a great job, are super accommodating and always helpful. I also LOVE that you get your own manicure kit each visit which is great for hygiene. Highly recommend to all those looking for long lasting nails!

The staff were extremely attentative to me and my two girlfriends even when we only gave a few hours notice. We were all very pleased with our nails and will definitely be coming back. Suma Shivaraj I didnot have a good experience with these guys. Went there as they were close my work . Attitude poor , Shellac peeled within a day I went back as I had just payed them for their work , with reluctance they repaired but not completely and it peeled again within hours

Tracy and the staff are always up for a chat and a laugh and create a warming atmosphere. My SNS lasts 4 weeks without chipping and the prices are better than any Ive found around the area. You get your value for money. If youre looking for a top-notch nail salon that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Their passion for all things hair and beauty shows in the wonderful results that the customers walk out with. Their extensive knowledge is second to none and I highly recommend this salon.

Verrone yeoh The experience today was not good. She didnt massage my scalp when washing my hair, and she didnt even wash it clean. It felt like she only washed it for 5 minutes, and cost me $40.

Ash Smith Staff were lovely but the execution was NOT IT. Got my nails done the day before my birthday so was on a ‘high’ and not paying attention to detail. How they would have rectified this if I’d flagged it, I don’t know. But it was my husband when I got home who pointed out the angle of my nails!! No complaints about the deluxe pedicure. That was lovely.

Keira Midoidi I have been to this Jenson nail shop very often + my daughter, most of times staff doing good SNS but today very disappointed with service. $110 I expect a bit more smooth and clean properly, pedicure very rush and staff left me to finish myself, I understand staff want to go home but I spending a lot I expect good service too . It will be last times for me to go there .Don’t go after 4pm .

Phoebe Blackwood The girls at Jenson Nail and Beauty saved my life today! I had tried to remove my acrylic nails myself, which ended in disaster. When I walked into the salon my nails were cracked, peeling and so short they were bleeding. I wish I had taken a before photo so you could see how much of a transformation this was! The nail techs listened to my situation, then talked me through all of my options. They were so understanding and caring, and helped me make a decision that would be best for my nails. I ended up going for builder gel with shellac, which looks so beautiful. On top of all of this, the whole 90 minute service was only $70! I’m so happy with my nails, and so grateful for the kind and talented girls that help me. Can’t recommend enough!

I am extremely impressed by her precision and care carried in her artistry resulting in an amazing result I am more than happy with. The salon is impeccable with its hygiene as well as atmosphere with great music making me feel like I am on holiday. Jenson Nails and Beauty is with no doubt the best nail salon in the area. I will be coming back time and time again.
