I recently ordered some skincare products from Forme Beauty’s website and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the product and delivery. That said, the way the situation was handled completely exceeded my expectations. Daniela was amazing to deal with, super responsive, kind, and took full ownership of the issue straight away. She offered a resolution that was not only fair but honestly quite generous. Every business can make mistakes, but it’s how they respond that really matters. After a skin consult, she gave me a double cleanse and got started with the treatment. Loved that it was painless and there was no downtime. Straight after the treatment my skin was glowing! Danielle Smith Lash lift and tint was great and had strong attention to detail and care. Absolutely lovely technician who took her time to ensure it was as perfect as can be. Unfortunately I didnt have the same experience with the pedicure! Firstly she filed down to the nail to get the old polished off which really hurt! Im talking flinching in paint and she kept going when I said it hurt. So odd not to file the top off then soak like i have had every other time. Secondly she only clipped my nails and then when I asked if she was going to file as well she did it at the end leaving me with open ends as the polished has already set. Lastly she nicked my skin a couple of times and didnt do a great job of the polished either. Its a shame that the pedicure let this place down so I hope you train the technician to take their time and not cut corners

I have short natural nails and have had one breakage today only, so theyre definitely well crafted and the designs have received many compliments. You can see from photo that the rest are in fab condition still despite me working with my hands daily. Very happy customer so will definitely be back repeatedly.

Thats the first time Ive ever experienced that anywhere. Had I have known about this I would have come in yesterday! Roy Ellery Been having my hair done here every 4 weeks for a few months now, by far the best barber shop in Melbourne I have come across, really good quality hair cuts that are stylish and modern, yet still based around traditional barber styling, the same goes for their beard barbering skills too, a nice difference to other barber shops. Good coffee also and beautifully prepared shop, staff are genuinely nice people. Only wish I had found out about this place sooner!

Jessica Chaaban Was making my way into the city and was looking for a place to do my eyebrows and upper lip before going out. Found this place and was charged $72 for eyebrows, upper lip and eyebrow tint. Did not ask for a tint, was not happy with the result of my eyebrows, there were hairs left around my upper lip and eyebrow area. Was told that Id get charged 62 for eyebrows as I was a first time customer and would be charged cheaper on my second visit. Overall, I felt very scammed.
