The staff, be it Mel on Reception or the Dentists - Dr Keith Kimpton or Dr Claire Kimpton have always been caring professionals. Of late I’ve been seen by Dr Falguni Patel, who has shown the same expert care and advice.

Azzyboi31 Considering Ive probably been one of the worst patients they have ever had, I really cannot rate them highly enough.. I went to them seeking help to fix my teeth, we opted for Invisalign. The process was really smooth. However due to my own doing, i had to have them on for a lot longer than suggested. Lisa was lovely and so were here dental nurses. They are all very much down to earth and easy to talk too. If your seeking a good orthodontist on the peninsula i highly recommend Mt Eliza Dental Centre.

Tennille Tee I had an amazing teeth clean with Sarah. I had previously put off my regular teeth cleanings, as the last two I had at another clinic were excruciating and the dentist was very rough. Sarah was very gentle, non judgemental, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and I hope she never leaves!!

I recently received further dental treatment and care (I had a crown inserted in my lower jaw) and once again, as I have come to expect the treatment I received was fantastic. Dr Andre Schertel is my Dentist and he is an absolute legend! The treatment I receive whenever I attend this practice is way above 10 out of 10! From the time you enter the front doors of this fabulous facility, you are treated with absolute care ........ led by Dr Andre, all the staff that I have come across (including the Reception Desk and Front Office staff as well as the Dental Nurses) at the Smile Place in Mount Eliza are polite, courteous and helpful. Beth Lowe I rung the clinic yesterday after suffering from bad TMJ pain for 10 days - lots of painkillers that weren’t working and physio treatment only fixing the pain for 24 hours. From the moment Rachel greeted me on the other end of the phone and got me in less than 2 hours later I felt cared for and listened to. I walked out of the dentist just hours later feeling like we had a clear plan to solve my pain both short term and long term. Cannot fault the care from reception to the nurses and dentists. Tennille Tee I am very happy with my sons consultation at Hanks. After feeling uncomfortable at the orthodontist our dentist had referred us to, I decided to visit Hanks. The practice has a calm and professional atmosphere. Dr. Hanks and all the staff were very lovely to deal with. I did not feel rushed, and Dr. Hanks took the time to explain everything in detail. I feel confident knowing my son is now in the best hands for his orthodontic treatment.
