Rosebud parkrun - VIC

Jennifer Kellett Beautiful setting for a Parkrun. Lots of friendly people and well organized. The course is tight with four hairpin turns and a narrow boardwalk section so not a fast course if looking for a 5km PB. It’s a fun course though.

Empower Exercise Physiology and Health - VIC

Marcelle Carr I have been seeing Matt Donovan since January 2022. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The progress I have made has been amazing. I have found him to be professional and he has tailored my program to how my body is feeling at each visit. I am an older woman and Matt has set some challenging exercises but nothing that would result in an injury. I had two full knee replacements in 2020 and the strength and conditioning training that I am doing with Matt has meant that I am able to live my life to the fullest and in fact I am training to walk the Kokoda Trail in 2023. I have full confidence in Matt and in his ability to see me undertake this Trek knowing that what we are doing will mean that my body is well prepared for these conditions.
