Amber Bothwell I have been a member at plus fitness for more than 3 years and i can say i will never change. The staff are all super friendly, and i have become very close friends with all of them. They are incredibly welcoming and helpful and always greet me with a smile. The gym is modern and versatile with state of the art equipment. It’s the perfect size and accommodates to every individual’s needs. I highly recommend!

Max Kocass Pete is a great coach, very knowledgeable and a great help to any calibre of person. I am a current students who has been participating in classes over the past year and a half, I would recommend Reef MMA to anyone as it is a great club and a very good community to be a part of.

MzCrz I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Curves Family. I go after work and just join the circuit and get my complete workout with a minimum of fuss. The machines at Curves have all been placed into position to give the body a scientifically balanced workout, and I love the fact I dont have to think about what I should do next, as in a normal gym.
