Rise Mixed Martial Arts - VIC

Daneil Doyle Rise MMA is hands down the best gym I’ve trained at. The coaches are legends – super knowledgeable, patient, and they genuinely care about helping everyone improve, no matter your level. The vibe is friendly and welcoming, and the team culture is awesome. The classes are tough but fun, and I’ve noticed massive improvements in my skills and fitness since joining. If you’re looking for a place to train Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, or just get fitter with good people, this is the spot!

Harshit Singh Just signed up, gym hours are 24/07, staffed hours are different, regular hours Monday to Friday and slightly less on Saturday from 10am till 2pm. No staff on Sunday.

The Gym Bar AUS - VIC

Angela Wilson Absolutely love The Gym Bar! Jo and Fletcher are incredible. I’ve been training with them for over 7 years and have genuinely enjoyed every single class and PT session. Fletcher keeps the morning classes fresh, fun, and challenging while Jo has been an amazing personal trainer, especially in helping me rebuild strength and confidence postpartum and supporting my recovery from a back injury. The new reformer Pilates classes are a fantastic addition, and as a boutique gym, the level of care and personal attention is truly unmatched. I can’t recommend The Gym Bar highly enough. Thank you, Jo and Fletch, for creating such a supportive and motivating space to train!

Stretch Club - VIC

Belinda Baxter I have been going to Stretch Club for several weeks and am feeling great, more flexibility and movement in general. Learning good self help techniques also to continue the stretching at home.
