Tijme Roelofs An absolute gem of a gym/studio. Very friendly people (not just the trainers, also the members) and Ive never been disappointed in the workout nor the overall experience. They take the time to explain the workout, get to know you, and you can tell that they love what they do. I genuinely look forward to every workout and therefore cannot recommend them enough.

Xen Studios - VIC

Georgina Catherine I am new to Pilates and Xen Studios is the first studio I have had a membership with. I have felt so comfortable and welcomed into the studio and its community. The expertise and knowledge of the instructors make you feel like you are in safe hands. I came into Xen hesitant about doing Pilates as I have a long history of back injuries, however, Nikkis understanding of how the body works made me feel completely at ease. I have been building my strength and learning more about my bodys new capability since.
