Stephanie Gonsalves Ive been training at BFT Keilor for a couple years over which my lifestyle and training have completely transformed. The new owners, Rav & Bec, have started a fantastic new chapter for this gym! They’re incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely care about creating a motivating and inclusive environment for everyone — no matter your fitness level. You can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. The studio is clean, the coaches are great and the equipment is well-maintained. Couldnt recommend this place more!

Plus Fitness 24/7 Glebe - VIC

Lilly Really nice equipment and super clean but the music is way too loud most people use headphones but I have to have my music on full volume to not here gyms music. I understand during the day but 10pm -3am it could be a bit quieter.

Strong Pilates St Leonards - VIC

Kyli McCorry I’ve been going to Strong St Leonard’s for a few months now after having a long break from gyms post having a child. I love that it feels like a community, instructors remember your name and everyone is nice. There are small group classes, clean and modern equipment and studio. Nearly every class “kills” me (there’s no slacking off) but I’ve noticed feeling stronger and more confident in myself and what I’m capable of- so it’s really how the saying goes: pain no gain! I also love the variable times (morning, midday & evenings) and number of classes they have every day so I can switch it up as I need with my schedule. If you are thinking about trying it, this is your sign to do it!
