G Z I’ve only been training with Cherie at no body better for a few months now and I’m amazed that im already seeing great results! She has also changed my diet and the way I look at nutrition. She’s a very knowledgeable trainer with a good heart, and a pleasure to deal with. I love our training sessions, even though I almost always wallk in with no energy, but Cherie knows how to motivate and always pushes me to my limits and I walk out feeling a million times better. I definitely see myself training with Cherie for many years to come!
