I approached Acuity Financial Services for accounting services 7 months ago. I have received a poor experience with Matt Broniecki since engaging with his services.
I have paid him a total of $7,205.00.
He has not honoured our agreement and still has not as yet completed the work that was paid for him to do. Tired calling and leaving messages for over 2 weeks asking him to finish off the remaining work but with no response or reply. He is now ignoring all forms of communications. I wonder if he can do the specialised work if at all, but he assured me that he can when I first enquired about his services.
I trusted that he would do the right thing so I paid him in full for the agreed services. After starting the work, he has now disappeared with no response or reply. Really disappointed with his service and the poor experience received to date. Unreliable, unprofessional and takes no accountability for the things he said he will do.
Will be proceeding with formal complaints to CA ANZ, Tax Practitioners Board, AFCA and regulators for his ethics and service conduct.
