Matters concerning parents and your own situation is not easy. Susan was caring and understanding at all times. The information she provided was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. The plan outlined was clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process this complex personal situation around finances, pensions and investments. It was great customer support from beginning to end of the process. Susan is experienced and really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage.
