BoldObserver Really lovely gym with a great variety of classes and excellent facilities. The recent bathroom renovations have elevated the overall feel, making it even more inviting. The staff are always friendly and supportive, and it genuinely feels like a safe, comfortable space to work out and unwind.

Nick Elez Each appointment with Sats felt expertly structured, he combined manual therapy, focused stretching, and progressive strengthening exercises to restore my calf’s flexibility and power. Between sessions, he checked in on my progress and adjusted the program as needed, which kept me motivated and on track.

Elyce Smith My partner and I have been training with Triston for over 2 years now and we could not recommend him enough! He has been the most compassionate, motivational and enthusiastic coach! He reads our energy well and adjusts our workouts on the fly to ensure we can maximise our time and obtain results - regardless of what kind of day/week/month we’ve had. He’s also been great at supporting me through personal/mental obstacles and demonstrates a genuine concern for my overall health. The gym is tidy and well looked after! And the other coaches are incredibly friendly, always making sure you are comfortable and smiling! A great space with great people - just avoid complaining about your forearms!

Olivia Russell 3E Fitness, is such an amazing place to train. I have been there for 7 years and I have loved every second. I first started training during the child friendly day sessions and now attend the early mornings. I have been supported at every session by the incredible trainers, who are always on hand to assist you. I am happier, stronger and fitter than I have ever been and I cant recommend 3E enough!
