1 /5 Tia Ivy: After 3 years of being with them my car was in an accident, alpha took the car back and said my income wasnt high enough to get approval for another car although it is. They wouldnt give me information for the insurance money until I pay the excess as to how much is owed and how much needs to be paid. They gave me a $41,000 car loan on a sole parent income on my learners, also gave me a hired car for 3 days as mine wasnt ready from the shop when I arrived to pick it up, the weekly repayments were $169pw. I paid 3 years for repayments and a deposit, all up just over total $26,000. The insurance company offered $12,000 as a total loss for the wipe off, and this matters been going on for 2 months now, as I feel uncomfortable giving alpha the $1,200 for the excess, and not knowing if Ill get any money in return. Im out $26,000 no car and no doubt a debit to dispute! I was in hospital and they immobilized my vehicle for not making 2-3 repayments. They also send threats to immobilize your car if your a week late.

1 /5 Tarlee Arundel: Absolutely disgusting service! Would not recommend whatsoever. Please think of the bigger picture before letting them trap you because of your circumstances. As soon as you sign on the dotted line they treat you like dirt.

1 /5 Kaye Heitsch: I entered a car agreement March last year. In May this year I was driving into a petrol station and a guy on a stolen dirt bike ran into me. And took off leaving the bike there. The next day I called Alpha, and told them what had happend. The response I received was disgusting. They had ago at me because I did not get the guys name, I asked them if I could get a loan car the answer was "NO" after about 3 weeks of calling everyday, to find out if I would be receiving a replacement car they decided to decline my request, due to non payment for the 3 weeks. The customer service are rude definetly not helpful. If I could of I wouldnt even give a 1 star

1 /5 Christopher West: We only bought a car through Alpha because we got good service when hiring a truck. 6 months on and we are still getting crappy service, rude people, and complete incomeptence. Today my wife (wife my daughter who just had surgery) took the loan car back as our original car was getting the transmission replaced. She gets the car back with NO F*CKNG Petrol - and we had dropped it off with at least quarter of a tank! We returned the loan car with over half a tank of petrol too Like what the heck guys? Never ever deal with you again and regret ever getting a car through you (This is both at Dandenong and Tullamarine branch!)
