With Power of Attorney for my parents I was charged with selling one of their properties that within a few weeks became two properties on the market. With no experience in this matter it was a daunting process. Mary was referred to me via word of mouth and having received written quotes from other conveyancers, Mary took the time to talk to me over the phone and explain the process. She was warm, knowledgeable and very helpful, so the job was hers. The entire process was handled by Mary seamlessly and promptly. At one stage when I became overwhelmed Mary took the time to talk me through the process and I knew everything was under control and if I missed anything Mary was on top of it so I needn’t worry. Both properties have just settled and such a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Mary is an absolute gem and I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding service, knowledge and support and from previous quotes I received I suggest for that knowledge and service she should charge double!!
