I ordered a ring that was just off by half a size, in the package was an adjustable ziptie styled measurement tool which allowed me to correct the size I should have gotten - i returned the ring on a tuesday, and had the replacement at my door by the Friday The team is friendly and fantastic to deal with, thank you so much

Yumi Lim the staff were really warm and easy to talk to :) they explained everything without being pushy at all. i found a ring I really liked, and the price was actually better than i expected. such a nice experience overall. would definitely come back or recommend to friends.
