john jencek I have been to this branch twice in the last week to get assistance with some complex banking issues for my mother. The first was done by appointment, and I was helped immediately at the scheduled time, and the staff member resolved the issue effectively and in a very cheerful and friendly manner. The second time was a walk in without appointment. There was a reasonable queue, however the staff member that greeted me at the door took note of what I required and messaged one of the specialists who looked after me minutes later. I am unclear on some of the poor reviews below but I have only praise for this branch and its employees.

Marco R Highly recommend, Teri was fantastic from the day we started till the end (which was quite some time, over 12 months). It took us a bit of time to buy our first home but Teri was there every step of the way, constantly staying in touch and keeping us updated if anything changed.
