Lucy Padula is a highly talented legal professional who is able to simplify and resolve complexities for her clients, while identifying opportunities to get the best results possible for you. I was very happy with the manner in which Lucy handled my financial settlement, and with the results she got for me.

1 /5 Michael King: Lucy Padula is the most unprofessional and unethical lawyer I know. She charged me approx $4000 to prepare a letter to opposing counsel which has not been sent. She asked for information that she had PRIOR to asking for the information. Insisted on detailed information about something that was purchased for under $40. The cost of her time to ask this was more than $40. Asking about immaterial things is what she does. Sends long winded emails so as to justify her charges, but the correspondence has little to no substance. Writes a summary of the case from information from my previous law firm and charges a fortune to prepare and write. The letter prepared is less advanced than my previous lawyers correspondence. This woman when I pulled her up on it terminates the representation on the eve of court proceedings. Stay very very clear of this law firm and person you will simply be throwing money away. I recommend you stay VERY far away from this law practice and Lucy Padula herself.
