Fabian Lopez Ive been with Lombard now for nearly a year. I find the customer service a pleasure to deal with. Every time Ive called Ive had my call answered within 30 seconds of calling and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that my credit card can be linked to Apple pay. I find the rates to be very competitive and I love how they automatically offer 6 months interest free on any purchase over $250. Also no exchange rate charges on overseas transactions! What other credit card offers that!? I have since cancelled my other credit cards and only sticking with Lombard. Overall its been the best experience compared to any other credit card company Ive dealt with.
