Sif Veierskov Christelle is the best person trainer! She is making the journey so much more fun and I love how each week I feel stronger and more capable. I am not a gym person at all but she makes me feel confortable being there and Im always looking forward to out sessions You can really feel that Christelle care. She is absolutely the best trainer and I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone

Sue Jemima and her team are not only knowledgeable and attentive but also incredibly motivating. One of the things I love most is that no class is ever the same - each session brings new variations, thoughtful sequencing and fresh challenges that keep both the body and mind fully engaged. After Pilates, I indulged in their infrared sauna—and it was the perfect complement to the workout. My week isn’t complete without visiting Pilatestry Studios!
