Robert Cruickshanks Good facilities for families with young children. (As well as regular pool) There is a toddler pool, and a 0.6m splash pool which is ideal for young kids. Disabled/family changing facilities are good and well equipped. There is also a small playpark behind the pool which can be accessed directly from poolside on nice days!

Strong Squad Fitness - VIC

Bel J Joining Colleen at Strong Squad fitness 18 months ago has been the best decision I have ever made! For someone who has never enjoyed exercise, I love the bootcamp classes, there are a variety of times throughout the week that you can choose from. She has created the most amazing community, when we all work out together it’s fun, there is laughter and everyone is so supportive. Colleen is an incredible trainer, each class she mixes it up, no classes are the same. It doesn’t matter your fitness level. She adapts the program for all abilities or if you are carrying an injury. She also runs private Personal Training sessions. Colleen has given me new self confidence and my body feels great! Love Colleen and everyone who is part of the Strong Squad workout crew!

Base Attak Group Fitness Gym - VIC

Alex Blaze I was in Melbourne last week for a business trip and I found the perfect place to continue my workouts. I joined the 5.15am group and it was definitely worth the early wake ups to start the day. The group was size was very good so Patrick was able to support me throughout the exercises when required. Other that the gym itself is well equipped , and spacious. The lights are supper cool too. Highly recommended!

Maxwell Chang I want to write this review because I’ve been so touched recently by one of the Physio’s I see Shane. Recently I’ve been toiling with a long term shoulder injury, having dislocated it multiple times from football. Despite this Shane has been the most comforting and patient with me adapting his schedule and programs to suit my personal needs. Not only is he professional, but I feel that he really cares about me as a person and as his patient having emailed me on his own accord to inquire about my shoulder health even in between appointments! On top of this, his charisma and humble demeanour make every appointment with him a pleasure. Finally, having been to three other physios prior I can confidently say Shane is by far the most knowledgeable and competent physio I have ever seen, assisting me throughout my shoulder injuries and groin injuries. He doesn’t just give me exercises but explains and even shows how they help giving me increased motivation and understanding of my injury! Can’t thank this guy enough, and if you are unsure about him please respond to this comment and I’m happy to testify! - Maxwell
