1 /5 A: Oh dear god, I honestly didnt think the reviews here were real. I was depositing a cheque for the first time via an atm. I was spoken to like the biggest idiot in the world. What in the world is happening with this branch?

1 /5 Agent X: This branch is dysfunctional. Staff are untrained, rude, and completely unable to handle basic account closures. I provided valid ID and access to my account, yet was met with incompetence, disrespect, and unnecessary escalation. Being told you can’t talk like that while I’m the one getting jerked around is laughable. Called security on a paying customer for being frustrated with their mistakes? Pathetic. Shut this circus down or retrain your staff.

1 /5 Anne S: DISGUSTING. Took my eldery, frail mother who does not drive to update her term deposit. As there is a time limit I could not take her on another day. They would not help us. They made us make an app at another branch. It took the other branch less than 3 minutes to help us, the amount of time spent at Atona booking us elsewhere, could have been spent doing a very quick transaction. Considering its evident my mum has mobility problems, I cant believe they could not help her. Funnily I went to Commonwealth bank the same day and the lovely people there helped me with 3 issues which I was so grateful for. Still in shock.
