1 /5 nah man: Due to a human error, the female employee called me at 4:30pm and was super aggressive with me, and threatened me with theft? It was completely her error, her mistake, her wrongdoing, and upon the call, she was super aggressive and pressing, treating me as “guilty until proven innocent”. I’m genuinely thinking of switching banks solely because of this specific employee.
