1 /5 Jose Gerald Manguino: I just Came here today for two things. First is to deposit some loose coins, atm machine with coin tray is not working. Understandable but the lady who front staff/first attends customers did not offer to deposit money through the teller. Second I asked her if they could help me adjust my mortgage repayments to minimum repayments and she refused to help me because simply I don’t have a booking they told me to just call ANZ and they will do it via phone. Looking around the bank I noticed all cubicles with desk is field with staff but no clients. I went here back in april without booking and they helped me with my mortgage adjustment but today it was a different story. I’m now 32 years old, I signed up an account with ANZ for my first paying job 17 years ago and I also trusted ANZ With my 30 years mortgage. Clearly I’m a loyal customer. But I was treated like a passers by. I was really disappointed. I’m a person who try my best to do everything in my part and not rely so much for staff specially when it’s busy, So if I asked for assistance it means it’s important and I need information on how to do it so next time I won’t bother anyone, but it looks like ANZ staff in St. Albans today just don’t care. I hope I’m the only one who experienced this because no one deserves that. I never write a review on google but this experience made me do it for the first time.
