1 /5 M P: Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a bank or business ever. ANZ should be ashamed of the calibre of staff they have working there. They all need to be sacked and the place needs to be either closed down or re-started with a whole new team and environment. (Eg also lose the plants and open more tellers) Left the bank literally traumatised and almost in tears from frustration at the lack of competence and wait times.

Jenny from Sunbury branch was extremely helpful in setting up our offset account and with all the questions I had regarding our loan. I havent purchased a house in over 20 years and found this very overwhelming but Jenny put me at ease.

1 /5 Robert Ronchi: They get one star as you cannot give them zero. I find the fact that the only privacy is a rubber plant and everyone in the branch listens in to private conversation. Anz should be ashamed to spend money to create a zoo
