We are recent arrivals in Australia, buying our first home. We had never applied for a loan or purchased property before, and we had to figure everything out as we went. Abigail led us from the first inquiry, to pre-approval, to final approval of our loan. She made the whole process clear, and kept us fully informed at every stage. Unfortunately, we had a nightmare experience with the actual purchase: the vendor committed a major breach of contract just a week before we were due to move in, and we could not occupy our new home. We had to find temporary accommodation and storage for our furniture while we figured out our legal options. We were totally frantic! During this catastrophe Abigail went above and beyond to help us out.
