5 /5 Rachael: Ive done my casting with a range of casting companies but Apecs stands out as the best by a mile! The staff in Burwood and the city are very friendly, helpful, and communicative so I can stay in the loop. By far the best casting quality Ive had, Im always happy with every piece I receive back from Apecs :)

1 /5 Bianca: Personally didn’t had a good experience, I sent a few rings plus a necklace to be casted. Took almost two months, I called them to see what was happening to be told that on the next day they were going to be casted, no problem with it. Received a call from them few days after saying that the cast broke and everything was lost because they were trying a new silver supplier, not very cleaver to try new suppliers on others peoples work. They told me they could try to fix two of them but one was completely broken so they were going to send me wax so that I can redo it. When I finally received the pieces they didn’t even try to sand the filled broken parts so I had to sand a lot, wasting a lot of silver, plus they sent me only one part of the broken one in silver as well, not sure what I’m supposed to do with that. I ended up paying for silver I can’t even use. Unfortunately I do not recommend this place for casting
