Kylie G Highly recommend Proformer Pilates! Erine is a lovely attentive instructor. She has a gentle and encouraging manner and makes everyone feel comfortable and engaged. She pays attention to your strengths and weaknesses and modifies exercises to suit. The small class sizes are always attended with friendly faces which makes classes fun and enjoyable!

Bridget Carman Had a consultation last week. Really liked the feel of the place, no mirrors, no loud music. Once you are shown around and have a tour of the place things make a bit more sense. Im looking forward to my next visit next week where I will start on the machines. The ladies at the desk are lovely, thank you Talia for taking care of me. Louisa was very good in explaining my plan and didnt rush me through anything.

marta novovic Today, marks 6 months since my lower back surgery. When started my Pilates classes, 2 months ago, I was stiff, weak and frightened. Thanks to amazing team from Premier Sports and Spinal clinics and Premier Pilates I feel stronger, more mobile and confident in my recovery. Both studios in Fitzroy North and Thornbury are really good with an excellent equipment. Instructors and physios have a very supportive approach to working with the clients. The small group classes mean that you get regular attention thats tailored specifically to your own needs. Venus, Studio manager is a amazing instructor, her classes are engaging and motivating; she knows the just right amount of challenges you need. Im looking forward to continue exercising with you guys!

But there was a surprise and gave me a completely different perspective on the centers customer service. I thank Cassidy staff for guiding very enthusiastically, cheerfully and gently. You gave me a different perspective on this center. I feel more sympathy and sharing. It helps me change my mind and will stick with it for a long time. Thank you so much Cassidy.
