5 /5 S C: Nam (and Ascot Mortgage) were recommended to us and after the easy and supported pre-approval process we were ready to house hunt. Luckily we found a house quickly but the didnt really know what to do - how does this work? How do we auction? What do we even ask??? Happily Ascot Mortgage provide a service, Ascot Acquire, to help with all of that. At $890 it is well worth the price! After bringing him on board, Nam spoke to the real estate to get a feel for the property, then came to the auction and bid for us and honestly? Just that more than paid for the service. But when we won the auction, Nam came in to help with the next negotiations. Even if he hadnt saved us money (which he definitely did! If we had done the bidding Im sure we would have paid $50,000 more!) having someone to help navigate a very new and honestly quite overwhelming situation was priceless. Even though we bought the first house we looked at, knowing that Ascot Acquire would help us through up to 10 houses was really great reassurance.
