What seperates Liz and her team from other Accountants is their ability to be proactive, explain technical terms in an easy to understand way, and also to explain any ramifications of any decisions that need to be made in simple terms. They are always happy, friendly and ready to help. If they are super busy, they set expectations well on when they can help. You never have to chase. Cant ask more than that.
