5 /5 Felisha B: At a time when we were feeling quite disheartened and hopeless after being told it wouldn’t be possible to refinance in our current situation and that we would need to wait atleast another 6 months to a year, we were recommended by a family member to try Aussie Home Loans. We were assisted by Gaurav and right from the beginning he was extremely helpful and positive that it would be completely doable for us. Throughout the whole process he was helpful, understanding and patient (we weren’t always super quick with responses :P ). As an added bonus everything was able to be done via email and phone communication which really saved us the hassle of trying to find time to physically attend appointments.
