1 /5 thomas harding: went to the post office today.the very abrupt lady refused to do my passport photo claiming it took too long so they didnt want to do it. I went back and said that I really needed to get the passport photo done and it was urgent and luckily the young gentleman Evan was really helpful. But the two ladies behind the desk were extremely rude,its a shame that as a local to experience such poor service.

1 /5 ANDREW LEA: This business was recently sold. The new owners made the mistake of keeping the existing staff who were busily in the process of ruining the business. It is almost a comedy similar to Little Britton when you go there. You get a notice from your AP app saying a parcel is ready for pickup. You go there and they say the do not have it. You go back until you get someone to find it eventually when the post lady is not there. Every time the parcel cannot be found. The trick is to look on the shelves beforehand and when you are told it’s not there point to it. Everyone now goes to a Blairgowrie where the staff are lovely. As a professional business consultant I use the experience at Sorrento. LPO as the perfect example of how not to treat customers. Read the reviews, the owners obviously do not. 1 /5 Alexandra Clarkson: One lady in particular is very rude and condescending. I don’t know her name but she always seems as though trying to collect a parcel, or anything else, is a complete inconvenience for her. I tried to pick up a parcel under my partners name, that also included my company name, and her response was so unnecessary when I gave her my partners name, not the company name. I don’t know why she has to be so rude every time. Then she told me despite receiving an email that it was waiting for delivery, it has now somehow been transferred and isn’t there. I think she took pleasure in this. Honestly, I wish Blairgowrie was our default post office. I hate coming here. Easiest way to sum this up, think of Little Britain “computer says no” woman
